第一次遇到這麼奇葩的事情，2025年4月4日入住酒店、睡覺翻身時被床上一針尖樣利器將背部劃上，給前台反應至今無果！衹能個人前往疾控中心作補救措施！沒有相應的應急處置機制，遇到事情不解決而是逃避！

房間升級完巨小，171cm身高躺着腳都生出去了，衞生間沒有沐浴露，兩瓶洗髮液，中午退房想要兩瓶水，説要收費？！？！？！離譜給離譜他爸開門了！！！延時退房16點交50元了，到前台服務員説給好評可以免了50元，我秉承公正原則付了50元，來寫了這個巨差體驗感的入住評價。望大家壁壘！！！

我們按照消費者權益自己購買的權力。酒店前台服務員稱這個是酒店自己的規矩無法改變稱如果不想住我們也不強求你們住。我們付錢來受氣來了嗎？ 真的是搞不懂。平台上面明碼標價顯示的是4個小時。現在到酒店反而就成了兩個半小時尤其是酒店前台服務特別差！尤其是兩邊留頭髮的維吾爾族女生！態度特差，強求讓我們退款。
