第二次入住了，是來庫爾勒首選放心下榻的酒店，因為凌晨三點多到的比較晚前台帥哥貼心的升級了房間快速辦理好了入住讓我們休息，非常nice，房間乾淨寬敞智能，也沒有異味很舒適，歹歹的休息好了，早餐味道也不錯。

重點表揚一下前台的服務人員非常熱情，而且很有責任心，特別是那兩個美女，房間內的設施應有有的是這個小度，離火車站的話也就十來分鐘的車程，旁邊吃飯地方也非常多，就在回家時代的旁邊早餐也很豐富，總體來説體驗感不錯，下次過來還會過來預訂

衞生間出現返臭的房間居然還開房給客人住，半夜被下水道臭味薰醒了才知道店家在坐廁旁邊的落水口堵上水袋的深刻用意。實在沒辦法衹能把房門開了一條縫透氣，但還是沒有緩解那下水道臭味。弱弱問一下商家，賺錢誰都想，但您有沒有考慮住客的感受嗎？難道不知道這是有害氣體嗎？您們的良心呢？…

房間沒有熱風，很冷。枕頭巨高，會睡落枕。浴室下水道堵了，3人間洗髮水給兩小瓶，不夠用。最差的是服務，送餐等半小時機器人不送上樓，停門口也不打電話通知。向酒店反映問題，大堂經理還不如保安呢，衹會報修，一點歉意的表達都沒有。

帶家裡長者出遊需要三人間，選了很多家最終確定這家酒店，新裝修，地角好，離美食街和滙嘉時代廣場不遠，在農商行院裏有24小時安保，自有早餐，房間夠大，安靜，衞生可以，電梯間的地毯天天換，再加上免費接送機，選這裏基本可以滿足帶長者出行的各種要求。滿意。
