We stayed at Korla Marriott for seeing the populus tree. Marriott made our trip and stay so convenient and easy. As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful!
The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall.
We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom.
All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food.

前台小哥非常熱情，不但幫忙幫送行李，還升級了房間，新開的酒店，還有裝修的味道，房間裏安放了空氣凈化器，開窗就是大公園。酒店設施新且齊全，衞生乾淨，床上用品非常舒適，唯一不足可能是新開的酒店，部門間磨合不到位，預訂的早餐不能及時安排，最後草草的打包了幾個酸奶。不過還是五分好評。

沒有想到庫爾勒會有這麼好的酒店，有老派酒店的風骨又有新生代的審美元素。很喜歡很多細節設計中運用到的浮雕的元素，有皮革質感，也有原木質感小。房間大氣，床品舒適，洗手間淋浴房配色高級，用料考究。服務很好，還沒有到酒店，就接到管家打電話諮詢對房間的要求，很用心。作為南疆胡楊林之行的休息處相當好！退房時送的伴手禮，一衹品質很好的毛絨駱駝，很喜歡！

對於國際連鎖酒店前台員工的工作對客人要求如此敷衍，我建議開掉他！！你們有個同事專門加微信跟進詢問了住宿要求，我特意説要儘量高一點的樓層，我定的高級雙是3-6層，前台一個男員工告訴我給您升級了家庭房在2樓。我以為真的升級了呢，其實是一樣的房間，多了點卡通畫。讓兩個男的住卡通房間，這就是國際連鎖的待客之道，完全忽略客人要求！！房間除了礦泉水沒有別的。最逗的是我在洗澡時看到牆壁上有兩瓶護髮素沒有沐浴露，還要讓同事幫忙叫人來送，我在淋雨間洗了15分鐘！

性價比高出天花板的酒店，從酒店硬件裝修，到服務，到價格，都是非常令人滿意早餐是在萬麗的餐廳吃，早餐的酸奶是我們進入新疆以來吃過的最好吃的酸奶，相當於三星的價格享受五星的待遇。
在新疆旅行了8天，一直住國內品牌酒店，這一站訂的的萬豪系酒店，軟硬件都超出國內品牌一大截，特別是管理的規範度，是國內酒店趕不上的，價格卻差異不大，非常值得國內品牌酒店學習。
值！值！值！
衹是有一個遺憾，在攜程平台訂的酒店無法享受萬豪會員積分。
