Really good experience. Amazing breakfast options and the hotel room is nice and decent, the location is great. The hotel staffs are really nice. They helped me picked up a lost item in the hotel when I checked out.
The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast.

房間很乾凈，住着舒服。床品和洗漱用品品質在線，用着放心。前台温凡美女 服務人員很熱情，辦事麻利。
酒店大堂和公區設計感十足，休息區很愜意。位置也方便，有個夜市 挺熱鬧，吃飯購物都很近。
性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

定了兩間房，基本滿足需求。不提供馬桶墊或消毒濕巾，馬桶也不是智能的！早餐提供的酸奶和牛奶品質太差，酸奶居然是蒙牛的超市賣的那種，在北京都不會喝的勾兑出來的！很一般！

國慶庫爾勒歡朋希爾頓入住體驗：便捷與舒心兼備
國慶假期選擇了庫爾勒歡朋希爾頓酒店，雖然價格有小小溢價，但整體體驗完全值得。
酒店位置特別方便，距離博物館很近，旁邊還有大商場。出門辦事、逛景點都省時省力，房間還能直接看到漂亮的湖景，晚上湖邊的噴泉更是添了份浪漫，視覺體驗拉滿。早餐種類豐富、取用方便，不用早起趕時間，輕鬆開啟活力一天；機器人服務也很貼心，送物、指引都高效，科技感拉滿。
最讓人印象深刻的是服務，假期人多但絲毫不亂，餐廳和前台的工作人員都特別有素質，態度熱情又耐心，有需求總能及時響應。唯一小不足是洗手枱有點漏水，但基本不影響正常使用，瑕不掩瑜。下次來庫爾勒，還會優先選這裏！

房間中規中矩，普通馬桶。重點是，我開車一千公里，在路上就打電話給我，確定房間，我一再説我在開車，居然還再自顧自的説著話！結果我到酒店辦完入住，拖着行李箱終於打開房門，結果是間大床房！我們兩個人男人辦理的入住，而且提前不顧我駕車安全，已經打電話確認的前提下，還居然給我們一間大床房！前台是沒有腦子嗎？我們又拖着行李下來，面無表情給重新辦完房卡，衹是低頭很小聲説句抱歉，什麼服務態度？！退房的時候，等半天沒有員工，過了幾分鐘才晃晃悠悠的來個前台人員。第一時間也沒有問我，我在她面前站了起碼一分鐘，她才抬眼皮問我有什麼事情！白天就一個員工，晚上有三四個，大堂經理怎麼安排的工作？
