Athos Boutique Hotel ★★
"The location is really great. However, many basic items were missing (such as towels, napkins, glasses, etc.). The hotel needs maintenance — this situation puts both the staff and the guests in a difficult position. The hotel management should take this into consideration, as there are several shortcomings. Many thanks to the staff for their efforts."
Huma Kotor Bay Hotel and Villas ★★★★★
"The hotel location is great in Dobrota, very easy access to a few of the restaurants on the bay front and around a 40 minute walk into Kotor Old town, or a 5/10 minute taxi. The hotel was lovely with a great pool area and access to a private beach bar. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - 10/10. My only gripe was the service at the beach bar, it was very hit and miss depending on who served you. One day we waited over 30 minutes for two bottled beers and a bottle of water. They have tables with a 'call for service' button, but none of the staff seem to take any notice of it and a few of the staff were very reluctant to take an order from you if you asked to order whilst they were walking past (not all of them - some were great!). They seemed to prefer the day guests vs. those who were staying at the hotel."
Hotel Marija ★★★
"Nice central location, clean and all amenities. Luggage storage. Great breakfast. Just note location can be noisy due to single glazing."
Puerta Apartments ★★★
"The location is everything – it's in the oldest part of the city, and you can wake up at 6 a.m. and stroll around completely empty. There are no crowds of tourists. The room is small. Everything is very old and broken. It's fine for a night or two, as the price is lower than elsewhere. We had a ground floor room, so you could sit on the terrace and watch tourists walking past you on the steps up to the mountains. You can feed the cats, of which there are dozens nearby. A broken kettle, no WiFi, and a dirty toilet seat, as are the dishes. No knives, no frying pans, and no cutting board."
Boutique Hotel Hippocampus ★★★★
"Located in Old Town where all the action is. There was a public car park nearby for our rental. We were so excited they had a small lift so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside (or not) is that the club nearby will be playing music until around 1:30am."
Kotor Nest ★★★
"A good hotel in the center of the old town. There was some confusion during check-in, but everything was resolved later. According to the receptionist, they only have one room, room 19, with twin beds in the entire hotel. However, the beds are large and we had no problems, so keep this in mind when booking. The hotel has a good kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils."
Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort ★★★★★
"Good pool, breakfast, and nice views all around. Friendly staff. What I didn't like was that I booked an upgraded room with a mountain view but got a room that looked directly into the neighboring room. Also, Trip.com stated a €15 fee upon check-in, but we were actually charged €47 for three nights. It's a small amount, but still unpleasant. Additionally, during cleaning, they somehow don't clean the floor and move personal belongings around unnecessarily."
Athos Guesthouse ★★
"Lovely guest house"
Historic Boutique Hotel Cattaro ★★★★
"The staff was so kind. Very nice atomsphere. I will be able to stay again in the future!"

Hotel Villa Duomo
"Because I booked it two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and it was in the ancient city of Kotor. You could wander around the ancient city as late as you wanted at night. The front desk service is very good 👍"
Antika Guesthouse
"Convenience of check-in: Very convenient. The front desk proactively contacted me regarding my check-in date, ensuring a smooth experience. Safety: Very safe. Facilities: Okay, but the hot water and shower water pressure in the bathroom was weak. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Located in the old town, convenient for getting around. Service: Good. The front desk opened promptly at 8:00 AM, and luggage storage was free."
Step to Kotor Bay Old Town
"The room is good, but if they have luggages storage will be better and also it’s a bit noisy until 12 at night because of the live band’s downstairs."
Guesthouse Athos
"Everything in this guesthouse was awful. To begin with dhe stairs that were too small and difficult to go up stairs. The room wasn’t clean dhe sheets were dirty. And I paid for breakfast included and they said to me that i only paid for the room."
Studios Belvi
"The woman in the fifth picture entered the hotel directly opposite the ancient city entrance, in the old house on the right, as pictured in the shop owner's poster. The owner, an Orthodox Christian who resembled a secret agent, anticipated my arrival time and waited for me in the tavern downstairs for tea. He patted my shoulder in the crowd, like a secret agent! He didn't smile much, but he slowly and proactively explained the sightseeing route. There were candies. When I left, he waited outside and gave me a fridge magnet! The room was too small, especially the bathroom. The Blue Line bus to Perast is about 200 meters ahead of where the woman in the fifth picture pointed to her left, on the yellow roadside, but there's no bus stop sign. For a Blue Grotto swim and a regular boat trip to the two islands, a speedboat costs 30 euros, a large boat 20, and no more. The boat shop is across the street from the Idea supermarket behind the woman in the fifth picture. Board the boat right outside the hostel."
Palma Apartments
"It gets dark early in Montenegro, and it was raining heavily when we got off the bus. The landlord came out to help us park the car and carried two 26-inch suitcases to the room for us. The heating in the room was already turned on, and the host was very helpful in giving a lot of travel tips and a welcome drink. The room has a balcony, and you can see the Bay of Kotor when you open the window. When the sun is shining, it is very pleasant to sit on the balcony and drink coffee and chat with friends while admiring the scenery. During our two-night stay, MSC's cruise ship entered the bay. It's not far from the ancient city, about 10 minutes' walk. There are shopping malls and large supermarkets on the way to the ancient city, which is very convenient. The room is not very big, but it is equipped with a kitchen and tableware. It is very convenient if you want to make a simple meal by yourself."
Casa Campana
"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, a small fortress in the heart of Kotor, I would gladly rent it again."
