Historic Boutique Hotel Cattaro

I really regretted booking this hotel specifically for its local style and features because I really didn't sleep well for three days and two nights. The restaurant, bar and cafe downstairs were very noisy (which was understandable because it would be quiet downstairs at the latest at twelve o'clock). The worst thing was that at five or six in the morning every day, I could hear the rumbling sound of big trucks running around outside as they transported and loaded goods. It was so loud that I had to wake up painfully every morning. The windows are soundproofed and any noise is completely absorbed. The decoration and facilities in the hotel room are really lacking in texture and do not match the pictures. It is completely at the level of our old guesthouses in China. The most uncomfortable thing is that the air-conditioner is not cool at all even when it is turned on to the extreme. It feels like the facilities are too old and cannot be controlled. It is too uncomfortable to stay there for more than 2,000 yuan a day.☹️I also want to complain about the double doors and windows that lead directly to the balcony, which I thought I would like. It is beautiful, but it is actually connected to the balconies of all the rooms on this floor! I don't understand the designer's train of thought. This has no sense of security at all. It means that if you open the doors or windows, it would be easy for anyone living next door to climb into your house. During this time, one of my windows was stuck and I went out to fix it. A man who came out to enjoy the cool air next door might have kindly asked, "Can I help?" Even if he was kind, I wouldn't dare to argue with him. I quickly fixed the problem, climbed into the house and locked the door. Is the security here too good? Then let's just assume that I personally feel insecure... The best aspect of the entire hotel is the service attitude of the staff. The girls at the front desk were very nice, responding to my needs in a timely and thoughtful manner, and the airport shuttle they arranged for me was also superb. The breakfast restaurant is nice and the waiters are super nice.

The environment is very good, very retro, the location is very good, right at the entrance of the ancient city, breakfast is semi-buffet, you need to order, the dining environment is first-class, the service is warm, recommended

The location is excellent, easy to access, but there is no elevator in the room, no quilt, and the air conditioning is not very good. However, the balcony has a good view and you can see the city wall in the distance. It is very atmospheric when you open the window at night. Although there is a square below, the glass door is closed. Sound insulation is very good

非常好 位置就是在老城城牆 服務超級好 早餐也好吃 然後衞生條件很很不錯 去哪裡都很方便 就是房間內部有點暗 但是很有氛圍感

酒店是城牆的一部分，古老而傳統的裝修風格，出行非常方便，服務人員非常熱情，幫助我們訂船訂車還價格便宜，早餐豐盛，熱水好，唯一的建議是浴缸旁可以裝兩個把手減少滑倒風險。非常暖心的酒店！
