New hotel clean and all new, i think best solution for people who dont need breakfast (have 10+ restaurants on street + big touristic market with bbq and more just 1km little walk)thank you for all, and 4.00 am check out)

Nice clean new hotel 15 minute walk to the beach.
Pool is very small, ok for a few children only, some decent restaurants close by and it’s on a quiet road.
You get what you pay for and this hotel was reasonably priced, room was cool, comfortable bed and reasonable bathroom.
I was on a budget this trip so if your the same and don’t mind walking to the action then this hotel is fine.

I had a bad experience with this booking. Firstly, I was informed that the hotel rate suddenly increased due to an error, and I had to top up the balance, which cost RM 360 or 2800 Baht. Trip said they would compensate me with 7000 coins. I then agreed to cancel my parents' room and stick with the other room for myself and my kids. But then, just one day before my travel date, a Trip staff member called me and said the room was fully booked, even though my booking was already paid for and confirmed. I’m so frustrated with both the hotel and Trip’s service. Trip wanted to relocate me to another hotel, which I felt was unfair, especially since I had been dealing with so many issues since I first booked the hotel. I now had to find another hotel for my parents at short notice. Eventually, my booking was canceled, and when Trip couldn’t find a suitable hotel for me, they offered me a stay at the original hotel again. What terrible service from both the hotel and Trip. Even though I had paid for my booking, they still changed the hotel rate and canceled my reservation.

Facilities: The facilities and equipment are quite new, the bedding is comfortable, and the supplies are complete
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the swimming pool is very unique
Service: The service is warm, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is good. Because of the limited language communication, she patiently communicated with us using a translator. Because we brought children, she also arranged a family room for us

I really enjoyed my stay. 15 minutes to the beach, quiet, calm. Boats from the beach to Railay, to the islands. There are plenty of cafes nearby, 7/11, Lotus within walking distance. The Internet flies, everything is new, the plumbing is super modern, the mirror in the bathroom can be turned on and off 😁 Clean linen, robes, balcony, daily cleaning. In the room there is a kettle, coffee, tea. In the lobby there is a coffee machine with free coffee. The pool is small, with a waterfall and a gorgeous view of the mountain.
