"Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive."

"The location is a bit remote and far from everything. But I did enjoy my stay very much, though it was raining every day. The breakfast was awesome, with large selections of pastries, beverages, local and international cuisine. Service was at the top notch, particularly the housekeeper and restaurant staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I booked the Bird Nest dinner for birthday celebration. Despite cancelled due to weather, the restaurant staff arranged us at a private dining area and offered excellent hospitality. Thank you and we hope to return again."

"This is a pretty modern hotel. It's just across the road from the beach, so very close, and they have a shuttle service. The staff are super friendly; they always greet you and ask where you're headed, so the service is excellent. They advertise their MAMA spa as a highlight, but honestly, after trying it, I found it pretty average. I wouldn't really recommend it. You can book island hopping tours directly from the hotel, so we went to Hong Island. It was absolutely beautiful and definitely worth visiting!"
