GGuest UserVery convenient location near the beach. Nice and friendly stuffs. Spacious and clean room. There are many activities offered by the resort. There is a kid club which is great for families with small kids. Breakfast offers varieties of foods and some chicken/meat options are labeled as halal, made it easier for Muslim guests. Overall great place to stay.

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22â24) and couldnât have asked for a more wonderful experienceâespecially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didnât stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day.
I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resortâs own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellentâit was the perfect birthday dinner.
The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe.
Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. Iâm already thinking about coming back!

YYanyun3188The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the beach, and it's just 200 meters off the main road, so the location is pretty good. The rooms are nice, each with a balcony. I think the rooms with a limestone view have the best scenery. Breakfast is plentiful, served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and you can sit either indoors or outdoors, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning works very well, and the pool is great for families. The lobby is open-air, so the lack of AC there is a bit awkward. Overall, Krabi offers good value for money for a vacation!

AAlScukasOne of the best accommodation in Thai during our 1 month trip. We had some doubts after reading reviews and booked only 1 night initially but ended up staying for 3 nights there. Everything was perfect, stuff was super friendly and helpful, location on top of the hill and shuttle was always on point so you can fully enjoy the island. I am not sure about condition of water slides but when you have an ocean just 5 minutes away it is not a biggie tbh

We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly â the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right â not too big and not too small â making it easy to manage with kids.
We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldnât shower before checking out (a funny memory now!).
Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient.
Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isnât an issue â there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great!
Overall, Iâm happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.

GGuest UserI love this place, and I really want to return. I probably will because the people at the resort and helpful and kind. The room, however, was really dirty this time. The couch was covered with what looked like oil stains. We wouldnât sit on it and requested new couch pillows because they were stained too. I thought they would clean the couch but that never happened. This is my second time here because I love how out of the way it is. The view is wonderful and the private pool is special. The shower was clean but the shower head and hand held shower wand needed some serious cleaning. I almost went to the hardware store myself to get replacements. It would not be much money to fix these things. We also only got some of our towels and I had to call down for more after the room was cleaned. Attention to detail for these kinds of things is really important. Again, I will likely come back, but I hope they can get provide a cleaner room next time.

GGuest UserItâs was just outside of the busy areas. But not too far. Right on the beach, Literally. Clean and the staff was so pleasant and helpful.
The cost was so reasonable, makes it hard to pass up. It just seemed like it needed a fresh coat of paint to freshen it up a lil.
Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Pook is really kind and she goes above and beyond to provide assistance. Because of her help, I was able to see wonderful places around Ao Nang and booked few Islands trips as well. Out of all the Front desk staff, Pook stood out from the rest of them due to her great customer skills and she actually pays attention to details and guided me in the right direction prior to visiting many places around Ao Nang. Thank you Pook and the entire Hotel Front desk staff, I'll definitely recommend others to visit Ao Nang and stay at this hotel.
