Infinity Aonang Krabi

The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. It is not on the main ***** where all the bars are. However, it is just a 5 minute bike ride from the hotel there. Also they have a free shuttle to that area as well. The hotel being away from that street makes it very peaceful and quiet at night. The hotel rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is VERY friendly and kind. They also have a restaurant that serves both local and western food. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay at this hotel again! I work online and need to attend a little of meetings, the WiFi strength is really good and can stretch to the pool and restaurant areas. The only thing that needs some improvement is the gym. They have a few machines but thats about it.

The overall service was good, breakfast was delicious, and the room amenities were nice. However, there are a few areas for improvement based on our experience: 1. Cleanliness: We found that our toilet seat had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. 2. Delayed Request: Upon check-in around 15:00, we requested a fan for our room. We were out for the entire day, but when we returned late that night, the fan had not been delivered. We had to call reception to request it a second time. 3. Missing Amenities: On our checkout date, we asked for access to a shower or changing area following a tour. Reception kindly directed us to the rooftop pool showers and assured us that amenities would be provided, so we didn't bring our own. However, when we went to use the facilities, no amenities were available. Most of these issues stem from communication gaps and could be handled better. That said, the location was great and made commuting into town very convenient.

Room was very clean and spacious! Location was also really near to Aonang, very easy to find restaurants nearby. Breakfast is also really good! Variety of food👍🏻

I recommend to stay here. I had a good experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was friendly, but a special shoutout to the concierge uncle at the entrance — he always had the biggest smile and was so welcoming and helpful every time we passed by. Such a lovely person and definitely one of the things we’ll remember about our stay 😊 The hotel was comfortable, clean, and overall a really pleasant place to stay. It is a little further from the beach, but honestly it wasn’t an issue at all for us since we rented a motorbike and could get around easily. Junior Suite Room was huge and hotel accommodated our request for the L-shaped window room overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was decent too. Overall, we had a great time here and would happily come back again!
