Hotel located in a quiet area, not far from the pier to Railay beach and some nice restaurants along the waterfront.
Room spacious and well organized, tv air con and kettle all well functioning.
Outdoor swimming pool with sun beds well maintained.
Staff available and helpful.
Free car parking on the premises.
Good value for the money.

I did not stay at this location as there was an urgent need to go to the airport and I was recovering from a bad flu. Trip.com did not allow me to cancel despite my urgent needs. However from looking through google maps, the hotel does not seemed to have anything much around the area. I am not able to best review this as I did not stay there

Nice hotel with a pool and courtyard. Clean, cozy, nice spacious room. Not very good location, but they took me there by bike. Didn't feel great service, but they did everything I needed. Gave me a hairdryer, which is rare for Thailand.

The room is OK. The surrounding area is quite desolate. There are no shops. But the hotel's swimming pool is nice. You can rent a car here, but it may not be available. The front desk service is also good. It's a pity that I didn't order breakfast. Haha. There is a nice beach near the hotel. I recommend motorcycles for travel. Tuk-tuks are not easy to get.

Environment: This price range and the swimming pool are very cost-effective. The balcony window has a very nice view. You can sit on the balcony to enjoy the scenery. But be careful. There is a mosque nearby. There are about five or six loud prayers every day. You can bring earplugs. 
Hygiene: There are ants. There were a lot of them on the first day. There were ants on the bed and near the refrigerator. I borrowed insecticide from the front desk and they disappeared.
Location: It is not in the central area of Krabi. It is not very convenient to take a taxi in Krabi, but if you rent a motorcycle, you can reach the central area in about 10 minutes.
