Great location near to beach, 7e and those fast food chains. Receptionist are very polite and helpful especially Pleum. Ava sea mamagement you should give a pay rise for her. She serve the customer well. Feeling so welcome in this hotel

I stayed in a room with direct access to the pool, which was definitely a highlight—very convenient to hop in and out. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, although not all rooms come with a bathtub, which was a bit of a letdown. The air-conditioning works well and keeps the room nice and cool. However, the hot water in the shower takes too long to kick in, which can be frustrating. TV channels are quite limited, but thankfully, I was able to connect my own Chromecast to stream Netflix.
The pool is quite small and doesn’t offer any views. While the depth is stated as 1.4m, it feels more like 1.5–1.6m, which might be a concern for some.
Breakfast was underwhelming. At 300 baht, it felt overpriced considering the limited variety and average quality. There are definitely better and more affordable food options just outside the hotel.
On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions and recommendations around the area. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent—everything felt very well-maintained and tidy throughout my stay.
Overall, it’s a decent choice if you want direct pool access and a clean environment, but there’s room for improvement in areas like breakfast and bathroom facilities.

Go to honeymoon and all staff are friendly. Price more cheaper than other hotel. Can walk to beach around 500m. Have private parking if come with car.

Just nice but mybe can check back the water heater. My problem is when i open hot water the water pressure become slower. And my parents room cannot use hot water . Mybe hotel can check back all the bathrooms after this .

I stayed here for one night and overall felt it was great value for money. The hotel is just a five‑minute stroll from the beach, and you’re spoiled for choice with restaurants, cafés and bars all within easy walking distance.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. My only gripe was the balcony railings—they’re wooden and showing their age, with peeling paint in spots—so a fresh coat would really brighten things up and make it safer.

That was only 1 night in this beautiful hotel. Location is the advantage, rooms are clean and neat, breakfast was very good, bunch of choices of what to eat. Beautiful pool outside which is available from 7am till 8pm. Also, a lot of 7elevens around, so it will be not a problem to make a groceries before u go to sleep after a long day.
Only one thing - there was a stinky smell in a bathroom sometimes.
In a nutshell, this hotel is very nice choice even if you’re planning to stay for a week or more.

Overall, a rather good value for money hotel. Big comfortable bed, 10min walk to Ao Nang beach. The shower lacks however of water pressure and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. The hotel has an activity and shuttle bus to airport service, it costs us 700 THB to go to Krabi airport for a private mini-van (4 adults + 1 kid), the price was the same outside.
Had a nice evening and dinner in Ao Nang beach at the last Fisherman bar, at the very end of the Ao Nang beach front alley but much worther than other seafront restaurants, the view is much better, food is good and cheaper. The only thing is you'd better be patient, have to queue to get a table and waiters are too busy so hard to get one.

everything good and nice about avasea hotel.very near to everything.can walk or rent motocycle to go to other..4 day and 3 night at ao nang to my family is very worth it and amazing♥️

Ava Sea Aonang has a great location, just a short walk from Ao Nang’s main street, with Amazon Cafe, 7-Eleven, and plenty of other shops nearby, making it very convenient. However, the room itself was disappointing and felt quite old, with minimal facilities. We faced issues with the water heater, which was not functioning — a real problem as we had to bathe our baby in cold water. The bathroom was also constantly wet, with water pooling on the floor, making it necessary to wear slippers to step inside. While the location is excellent, the lack of upkeep and basic amenities was a letdown.
