Honestly, this stay is the worst experience ever. Start from a good hospitality while checking in and escorting to the most expensive villa of the resort and then it's totally a nightmare. My wife and 5 years old son joined the kayak activity with the good support from the resort staff but when my family finished the activity, the activity attendant informed my wife to drug the kayak to the place in front of the beach restaurant as low tide and activity staff didn't want to drug it by himself. Then my wife informed him that no one informed that guest needs to drug the kayak back about 200 meters and the staff showed dissatisfaction face and told that he will pay a local guy to drug the kayak. Totally bad service but I still believe in 5 star service that mentioned in the resort website. Therefore, I called the guest service team which received a nice taking care of and I was confirmed that the resort manager will call me back to at least.. just explain and say a sincere sorry. Then I realised that I was wrong. No call, no action, no apology letter, no feedback. Just like nothing happened. However, the nightmare still not finished. Next morning, my wife was laying down in the indoor private jacuzzi and found that a garden was trimming the tree above the villa wall at 9:30am. She saw the garden face and eyes which means the garden could see her as well. The piece of A/C wooded cover fall down nearby my head. The sliding door to the private pool could not be locked as the lock is out of order. Found a cigarette butts at the garden next to the private pool. Everything is wrong here. I definitely blame myself and say a thousand times sorry to my family for selecting this resort and booked the most expensive villa.
