Krabi Ao Nang Hotels

I stayed at GLOW Ao Nang for 5D4N and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a nice balcony view. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and massage places. Despite being close to the main street, the hotel is tucked in a quiet corner so you can still get a peaceful night’s sleep. The pool was a great place to relax after a day of island-hopping, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were also kind enough to help us with tour bookings and transport. Overall, GLOW Ao Nang is great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms, services and locations are good. Only problem is the noise.  Unfortunately we were located in building #2 with a room directly on the street. Very noisy until 23:00 and start again early morning. The hotel location is good but make sure to ask for a room far from the street. Avoid also the rooms near the swimming pool as music is loud, hard to relax by the pool. If you plan to read books or even work on your emails, stay away from the loudspeakers. Breakfast is good but a lot of improvement could be done to improve the customer experience. Eggs station is in the middle which mean customer’s are queuing in the middle and blocking the way.. Would be much better for the customer flow if eggs station is on a side. Easy at no cost. Only three coffee machines for a large hotel. That could be fine if it was efficient machines. I’ve never seen so slow coffee machines. Makes no sense to have a full cup of Americano. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee until it run out of water and coffee beans empty. All customers in the waiting line complained about the speed. Yes it is holidays and we have time but while family had breakfast, I was queuing for coffee ! Espresso was fast but when other customers took Americano or Cappuccino, it is incredibly slow.  Room wasn’t ready before 15:30. Very noisy street, building 2 is probably the worst. Room 2307 electrical plugs doesn’t work. Only one out of four could be used. We use two flat connectors type. Would be great to replace plugs. Water in the alley from room 2305, 2303 every morning, certainly after the guest showers.

We booked a room here at the last minute, and the price was just crazy for a hotel of this level. The room was spacious and fairly clean. Cleaning was done every day, and towels were changed. However, the shower was in need of improvement. The broken shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. The room door closes very loudly, and the sound echoes throughout the hotel. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was sufficient. Unfortunately, this is not the hotel we would want to stay at again.

Excellent services, the staff so friendly, and the room have a directly access to pool (literally to the water) we went on car so we don’t care too much about location but is not close to beach (maybe 10 minutes driving)

I really enjoyed my stay there. The place were so nice and cozy. Close to main street but very quiet. The only bad thing that took down my overall grading was that the insects net didn’t close fully so I had a lot of mosquito bites when I woke up day 2. But that was it. The rest were good there. Didn’t try their breakfast so can’t give an honest review about that.

Best hotel find in Krabi! Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff members, well maintained facilities and clean rooms! Definitely 10000% recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at Krabi 👍

Cuz we checkin late maybe that’s why very unluckily I got the worst room ever. It’s so damp and comes with a musky smell. My worst 2 night stay in Krabi, the floor is wet almost 24h (see picture) and even if I dry my hair the next morning it will feel damp from the moisture in the air. Not sure on the reason for the dampness. But the location and the breakfast is really good. Around 10min walk to the beach, mcd and Watson is just opposite. A lot of nice cafe nearby. Didn’t use the pool but it’s looks nice and big too. Just really disappointed with the room, looking at the rest of the review it’s feels like I’m just really unlucky and gotten the worst room.

Everything was good until we asked for pool and resto invoice. The total was twice bigger than should be, about 9500 tbt. Husband went for exchange and came back, asked invoice again, it was new but also for 9.500 tbt. He asked for signed checks then, as it was suspiciously bigger than he expected. The personal on reception went for discussion and research after which they braught another invoice for about 5.000 tbt. Both invoices were with our room number, no explanation how it happened didn't follow. Just be careful and check your invoices there. The rest is ok in this hotel.

While my recent stay at the hotel had its downsides, there were some positives worth mentioning. The location was truly beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made for a picturesque setting. Additionally, the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt run down, with noticeable signs of neglect. We were also significantly overcharged compared to other guests, and to top it off, were charged an extra 900 THB for a bed that was uncomfortable and barely usable. This left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Despite the lovely location and excellent concierge service, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Adam for a 5D4N getaway. The room was huge and very well furnished with a private pool. Complimentary snacks and drinks also made the stay all the more comfortable. The morning hotel breakfast was superb with ala-carte style choices and a relatively small buffet-style section with pastries, breads and desserts. Lastly, the staff were very helpful and friendly from our first day till our last. Oh! And the daily activities were so cool (we tried the yoga class with Fast). Only really minor downsides would be the location — you would definitely need to walk a bit to get to the beach or the “main part” of the Ao Nang street — and the gym — which was kind of small and insufficient to really get a good workout in. But overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend to others!
