The service here is excellent, staff are very polite and helpful. The food at the restaurant is great as well, the rooms are very serene, spacious and clean. Would come back here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through Trip.com. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient. While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake too! 🥰

The wooden interior added a charming touch. However, having a bathtub on the terrace seemed impractical due to privacy concerns. Additionally, there were noticeable ants in some parts of the room, which is somewhat expected given the location. It would be beneficial if guests were informed not to leave food in the room to mitigate this. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was good but not exceptional, with a limited selection that was adequate for the price. **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent for those seeking relaxation, although it's a bit far from Krabi Town and Ao Nang. They do offer a daily shuttle service to Ao Nang, which helps mitigate the distance. **Overall:** Overall, it is a valid choice for accommodation in Krabi. The hotel is well-maintained and has a charming ambiance. The value for money is good, considering the amenities and location.

A great villa with a large enough pool. If you travel by car or bike, the location is very cool, as you are in the middle between Ao Nang, and several beaches, BigSi and Tesco, and many places - the Temple of Tiger, farms, channels, etc. Happy with your villa. Staff very good, always helped, every day cleaned and made towels. In the pedestrian availability there are shops, ATMs, several cafes and one massage salon. Of course recommended!

I found the atmosphere of this property very relaxing and nice! Pitty: I was told after 8 pm cannot swim- pool is small but really, really nice on roof top- I was explained this was because of police and life guard supervision, should all respect. When I swam there was no no supervision or life guard, maybe because of Ramadan - the pool is only 1.3 m deep- suggest to let enjoy guests a late bath under the stars! This is a muslim place without alcohol, so I really don’t see the risk here- but maybe it’s a serious issue… Still highly recommended place if you search for quiet atmosphere and friendly hosts.

The location is a bit off, but it is very quiet. The hotel can also be easily rented by car. It is suitable for a quiet holiday. The villa has all the facilities and the swimming pool is directly opposite the sea.
