Wonderful clean hotel with polite staff! Highly recommend for staying on tour visit of Krakow

The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town. The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school. The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation.

not good at all, no reply for my cancelation. Even the trip.com.hk stuffs couldnt find them

The hotel was nice. ***I was happy with it. I spent 25 minutes registering at the reception. They had not rented a room through Trip before. I think it was very unprofessional.

A lovely little hotel conveniently located for the Jewish quarter. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we went on a daytrip with a 0600 pick up, we missed breakfast and were provided with a lovely packed lunch and a bottle of water. Very much appreciated. Just give some notice at reception. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a/c, but we didn't use it as the windows open for fresh air. We were at the back so couldn't hear the trams. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything being said by the people both sides of us but we had some earplugs. Bedrooms have much more modern furniture than is shown on the Easyjet website.

Hotel was a bit old fashioned but clean.breakfast was good lots of cheese and meats.no bar or anywhere you can sit together as a group just a couple of couches at reception no milk in room had to ask still never got any.no fridge in rooms.would go back to Krakow just a different hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy. There was a good choice for breakfast, which was very nice. We stayed for three nights and would recommend this hotel for those looking for a city break hotel at a good price. Referencing other reviews, we stayed in a front room and had no trouble with noise (just the trams) but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

We stayed for 3 nights at Kazimerz ll and were very happy with out stay. The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, shower powerful and the room felt very spacious for a city hotel. We found all the staff were polite and helpful. Plenty of food at breakfast, excellent pastries, some hot food, lots of meet and cheese and good coffee. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere in the city but tram stop right outside if you needed it. We had rooms at the back so weren't troubled by tram noise. If you are wanting modern 4/5* this is not for you, but for a decent 3* city hotel this one is great.

Just spent a week in krakow staying at this hotel . We had a loverly stay in the kazemierz district. Loverly little hotel . Very clean and friendly staff , made us feel welcome from the start . Rooms have what you need for a comfortable stay . An extensive breakfast available . Something for everyone to set you up for an exciting sightseeing day . Several tour places around to book tours . Hotel would help also . Safe area to be in . Good value for money .. 20 mins walk to the main centre . Tram stops almost outside the door( 2 mins walk ). Would Definetly stay there again .

Nice central hotel situated in the Jewish quarter,if you want a sleep ask for rooms at back as trams start really early we were in room 3 at the back of the hotel & we had a great sleep nice comfy bed & pillows & really nice reception staff. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't book that but we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, extremely clean with helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to help. only downside is they did not have anywhere to sit in the day such as a lounge area. Apart from that if you just want a hotel as a base this is ideal, it was pretty central to a lot of Krakow

Welcoming - booked through Easyjet - 7 nights stay bed and breakfast - good location - excellent breakfast buffet - room tidied everyday with fresh sheets and towels - only drawback was the room was small at the rear of the hotel - however that meant quieter away from the trams and busy street - building work restricted access to outside space but we used the general seating area at reception - would recommend to sightseeing and cultural activities as easy walking to them.

Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff on reception. The rooms at the back you could here the trains from 430am but not a big deal.The room was clean ,bathroom looked new. The bed was comfy but pillows lumpy. Towels were changed if you put them on floor. The bed was made but un changed for our weeks stay. Had to ask for coffee at reception sometimes not replaced and cups left unwashed. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Different cereals yoghurts and selection of fresh fruit. To follow there was a great selection of hot dishes, cold meats, lots of different cheeses and large selection of salad items. We loved the different breads. To follow there were polish cakes and muffins. Good coffee machine. No need to leave here hungry. We got train from airport easy to get a ticket on platform or on train. Cross the road and you are in Kazimierz with its great history, coffee shops and restaurants. We got off train at Krakow Zablocie a 10 minute walk over river. Going back we walked from hotel to Krakow Grzegórzki about 6mins. Better to get on here quieter than main railway station.
