Reception closes at 7pm. Got an answer to my email, 12 hours later. If you book then make sure you get the top floor. Is there anything worse than hearing people walk on the floor above at all times of day. It's a major flaw. I'm not a fan of cushions on a bed. Countless heads have been using them. The Polish personality is unique. Don't expect to be treated like a King or a Queen.

We came to Krakow for a long weekend and the apartment was situated a short walk from the main square where we found lots of bars and restaurants so perfect for a short break. The apartment was well equipped but we found the bed a little on the small side - to call it a double would be generous. The apartment it set was quite spacious so this seemed a little odd to limit the bedroom space and if you like a large bed, this is something to be aware of. However, all other aspect were excellent and it would have been possible to prepare basic meals in the kitchenette if you didn’t want to eat out. We opted to have the inclusive breakfast which we could take at the White Bear cafe on the bottom floor. This was excellent but on the Sunday, the place was packed so there was a bit of a wait before we could get a table. We had an early trip on the Saturday and the receptionist was able to arrange for a takeaway breakfast and placed it in the fridge apartment - this was a good example of the level of service overall which was very good.

Monica and Ania where Excellent friendly and welcoming. Apartment was excellent, everything you needed and more, close to everything lovely restaurant on site. Would definitely recommend, I Will definitely return. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed in a gorgeous spacious apartment. The staff were so friendly and Ewa was very helpful. It was very central and the cafe White Bear was perfect for breakfast and lunch. We could walk to Old Town easily. Would highly recommend on your visit to Krakow.

Me and my partner were staying in Krakow from Wednesday to Saturday and absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. It was perfect for the few days we were here, very comfortable, clean, comfy beds and all the amenities you could need. The apartment was in such a good location with the main square only about a 9-10 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they were kind enough to allow us a late check out on our travel day as our flight was disrupted. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend for anyone coming to Krakow.

Before we arrived Ewa (very lovely lady )contacted us asking if there was anything we could help us with trips/transfers we booked a transfer to and from the airport fantastic service 130 pln On arrival 11.30 am we expected just leave our luggage in there storage area but room was ready so got straight in There is a lift Front door and room door activated with key card Room was lovely, clean, very warm had to turn down thermostat on wall very easy to use Kitchen had two of everything you need also fridge microwave hob kettle Blackout curtains comfy bed though could have done with another pillow only one for each person used cushions that were on bed had an iron and iron in room plenty storage space Free safe in room Bathroom walk in large shower superb. Towels and soap supplied Overall a perfect stay Fifteen minute leisurely walk and you are at main square lots of good cafes bars and restaurants nearby
