Провели две недели в семейном номере (2комнатный). Номера идеальные с современным ремонтом, постельное белье и полотенца новенькие белоснежные! В номерах уборка каждый день! В номере действительно нельзя трапезничать , но по сумкам никто не ползает, не открывает. Нас этот вопрос и не волновал - в городе много ресторанов и кафе - цены отличные! Таскать в номер еду желания не было! Сейфа нет! Это минус! Но и воровства нет! На ресепшен работает Николас - очень приветливый , знает английский, помог и с такси нам, и номер смог продлить в день выезда - хотя отель был полный! Завтраки скучные и за 14 дней не менялись, хотя все свежее и в нормальных кол-во, в следующий раз бы не стала брать завтраки, полно мест, где можно завтракать! У отеля, кстати, 4 звезды! Бассейн чистый, но море шикарное , поэтому в бассейн даже не хотелось.

Pésimo servicio. Un sitio como este debería atender a sus clientes cuando existen problemas, no solo cuando las cosas salen bien.
