No fridge or tea/coffee or sink. Wasted hours of my time, should be deplatformed. No body wash - as the site claims No Bathrobe - the site claims No slippers - as the site cliams No Conditioner - as the site claims No lounge Chair - as the site claims Towels like rubber Half the amenities claimed are not there Window does not close. Worst staff, on instructions from owner, I have encountered in the last 3 years of using this platform.

The instruction for parking at axon residence not clear. I need to pay rm130 for 3 day,, parking not provided by axon residence

The price for a night is cheap. But the cleanliness is terrible, especially the bed sheet and pillow is dirty. I totally cannot enjoying a night to sleep.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hygiene is unacceptable! The hygiene of this hotel is disgusting! The room was dirty and there were obvious stains on the sheets and bed sheets. It looked like they had not been cleaned at all. The bathroom was also dirty, the floor was slippery and smelled. I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and management of the hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It does not meet basic hygiene and service standards at all. I couldn't sleep after checking in because the hygiene conditions were so poor! Such an environment makes people feel unsafe at all. I strongly do not recommend this hotel! If the hotel management does not improve the level of cleanliness and service, it is recommended that everyone should never stay to avoid a bad experience.
