All is good but along way the aisle to go to your room there is bgm sound playing it then make it is more scarier if you back to hotel a bit late night. I think no need to play it? Plus idk why I kept hearing someone knocking from nextdoor. But yeah all is good

I stayed for two nights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The modern design of the hotel, clean lobby, and friendly staff made a great first impression. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, loved the local options like nasi lemak, though the pastries were just nice. For the price, it’s great value for a 4-star hotel with these amenities. I’d recommend it for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient stop near the airport or outlets. Will likely return for my next trip!

Nice hotel, but location wise abit out from city centre. However, if you plan to go to JPO, the hotel is quite near to it.

I got the room at Level 7. The View is facing the grave yard.
The Smart TV in the room will auto restart by itself.
Sofa has stain
and Toilet cleanliness is average.

Housekeeping did not refill bathroom amenity, laundry bag so that I need to make a call, I don't understand the hotel standard.
Gym cleanliness wasn't good, there was water spot on some equipments in the morning.

I recently stayed at this unassuming but cozy hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The amenities were great, with a well-furnished gym, although the dumbbells could use a refresh.
The view from the pool area might not be for everyone, as it faces a cemetery. However, I chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to Johor Premium Outlet (JPO), so the scenery didn't bother me.
For the price, the room's interior was surprisingly spacious and bright. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from JPO, which made shopping a breeze.
The hotel's location is its strongest selling point – it's just a 5-minute drive from JPO in good traffic conditions. If I'm planning another trip to JPO, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. However, it's worth noting that it's quite far from the CIQ, so plan accordingly.
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near JPO.

Relatively new hotel. Room is big and quite comfortable. It’s only for an overnight stay. Definitely more value for money than many hotels in JB
