The staff was very nice. It was clean place but very old. The bed was horrible, you could feel all of the springs inside. Breakfast was a “bento” with rice and oily food. It was terrible.

The service is good and the staff is very friendly. Although it's a little outside the city center, it's a place worth walking around. It's nice because the view is clear and refreshing. I couldn't hear the noise from the road outside as much as I thought, but I could hear the sound of water flowing inside. I am satisfied with both the facilities and the location for the price. However, like typical Japanese hotels, the room size is a bit small and there is no space to spread out luggage.

The hotel is relatively old and the price is cheap, incomparable with the newly opened ones.

The room is so small that even the big door can't be opened. The toilet design is upgraded to a level, but it is so small that when you step out of the toilet door, you often go wrong. The facilities are old, especially the bathrooms are moldy. Even toothbrushes and other items have to be carried by the front desk themselves. There is not even a bottle of water in the room. It is really not worth more than 600 mosquitoes a night.

The wallpaper was peeling and the room was very small. Also, the bathroom didn't smell very nice. But it was cheap and the service wasn't bad.

The size and cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable. I would definitely use this hotel again when I stay in Kumamoto. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
