Generally I have a good experience with the hotel. It is very good breakfast and laundry service. People are nice and room is clean at regular time.

This is my second time staying at West Chang'an Mercure, and I feel very good. The environment and facilities are fine, the service attitude is also great, the room type was upgraded, and basically all the requirements were met. This is the most suitable hotel close to 301 Hospital, next to Wukesong, and downstairs is Jubaoyuan. The only drawback is that parking is charged, anyway, if I drive here, I will definitely not stay here.
