We stayed at this charming property to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. The location near the backwaters offers a peaceful and scenic atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cozy, designed like tiny cottages, which added to the charm of the place. A special shout-out to Ms. Sindhu and Ms. Deepa, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Their kindness and support truly made our stay memorable. One experience you absolutely cannot miss is the 1-hour speedboat ride to Alleppey. It was a breathtaking experience, offering stunning views of the backwaters.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night in November 2024. It was a very special stay. Room was great, comfortable and clean. Service was exceptional, always available to make sure all our needs were met. They have a game area with a variety of games, a big pool, boat rides in the evenings, live music, and a nice bar. The best part for us was the aurvedic spa treatment! It was a great experience. The restaurant has a variety of foods which is great for all. We especially enjoyed the spring rolls! I definitely recommend booking at Backwater Ripples.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is polite, service oriented and highly professional. I had an amazing experience. The food quality was excellent, great ambiance and excellent esthetics. Sindhu at the reception makes you feel welcome. Just a minor suggestions ( but not a big deal) the fridge in the room was making a humming sound; and it was not easy to activate tv channels. In summary, a great place which you will thoroughly enjoy both sole and with family.

We had an amazing one-night stay at Backwater Ripples, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The highlight was the extraordinary speed boat ride, which added a thrilling touch to our experience. The Shikkara ride was equally serene, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the backwaters. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch, offering a delicious spread of local and international cuisine. The staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and rejuvenating. We couldn’t have asked for a better gateway!

Went with a normal expectation, turned out to be an amazing stay . Let it be from reception , restaurant nor check out all where out standing . To elloborate: The stay begins with a high tea from 4-5 ( couple of snacks and tea) following by a boat trip from 5pm-6pm. Followed by a music show. Dinner was well served and to hear the recommendations from the chef in charge Mr Govind Nair as well Mr Sunil were very patient to talk through the options. Next morning a quality buffet . For additional charges they provide Kayaking.

We had our grand reunion at the BWR …. The experience was just awesome as every thing was taken care of so well. We were a big group of almost 100 and we felt really satisfied with their hospitality. Special mention to Mr Govind, Mr Shyam and the MD Mr Gopakumar for facilitating our needs and attending to us at every moment. The complimentary boating was fun and the banquet dinner was good. Would definitely recommend BWR for family friends and solo travellers

My husband and I spent 5 nights together and it was a wonderful time. The property is exceptional in all aspects. Right from the very start we felt at home. We went for the rain and they didn't disappoint us. The staffs were truly great, we thank you for your hospitality. Chef and his team did very well to adapt the food to our palettes too. Those who want to take a break from their hectic work ..this property is the right choice.

Peaceful location with numerous leisure activities: boating, table tennis, archery foosball, biking, etc. The food was good. the boat ride was nice. .the new year’s eve party was fun and engaging for the entire family: music, games, variety of food. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The staff are efficient and effective at addressing customer’s needs. Well-managed operations, great for get away to relax.
