I felt the warmth from my alma mater hotel. Whether it was breakfast, check-in, service, or hygiene, it was reassuring. Especially the service, which was very heartwarming and responsive. I recommend Lishui Yunquan to everyone, and I also want to recommend Yunnan Normal University to everyone.

After getting off the high-speed train, we had to catch the high-speed train early the next morning, so we had to find a hotel with breakfast near the high-speed train station. We found several hotels but none of them were ideal. We were ready to go to Hilton. The taxi driver introduced Lishui Yunquan to us. It is next to Kunming Normal University and has a quiet environment. At the front desk, when we said we didn't want a high-rise room, the lady immediately helped us change to a low-rise room. The room is large, clean, well-equipped, dry and wet separated, and it is very convenient to use hot water. There is also a large glass window sill, and you can see Kunming High-speed Railway Station in a straight line (about 10 minutes away from the high-speed railway station). For dinner, a male staff member was very enthusiastic to take us to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. When we were dazzled by the dishes, the lady who took the order was very patient and stood and waited for more than 15 minutes. The dishes are delicious and not expensive for two people. The breakfast has many varieties and styles and is very delicious. The ladies at the front desk and the Chinese food department are always smiling and have a very good service attitude. When leaving, the security uncle took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the car. Lishui Yunquan is very comfortable. Awesome 👍👍👍!!!

The hotel is located in Yunnan Normal University. It was originally a guesthouse. It has hot springs, comfortable bedding, and a rich breakfast. It is close to the high-speed rail station and Dounan Flower Market. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is in cooperation with an outside company. The front desk customer service is not very familiar with the service of the catering and swimming pool, and needs to be strengthened.
