The front desk staff provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and more spacious than what you'd typically find in a basic business hotel. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Bikan historical district, making it perfect for pleasant morning and evening strolls. There's a large supermarket right across from the hotel, which is great for picking up ready-to-eat meals. You can then heat these up and enjoy them in the first-floor dining area while watching TV. The hotel also provides several extra thoughtful amenities and services. For instance, they offer ice buckets (a real lifesaver in summer), complimentary birthday celebration items for loan, and even wine glasses. Guests can help themselves to espresso and tea, and there are machines for freshly brewed coffee, tea, and matcha. Chilled wet wipes are available in the lobby, which was a really thoughtful touch! The quiz game at the elevator entrance, where you could win prizes, was also a nice distraction, especially since the elevator wait times tended to be a bit long. The public bath is equipped with Dyson hair dryers, allowing you to dry your hair in no time.
