I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said "Someone will bring it to your room", but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out.
Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating.
As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

Ne jamais visiter cette hôtel horrible, extrêmement chère pour rien. Service 0 Personnel 0 Nourriture 0 Petit déjeuner -0 (un café un jus de fraise, une bouteille d'eau et un croissant) J'ai payé 280Dinars pour avoir utilisé leur modis mini bar ( 6 bières + 1/2 vins + 2 bouteilles d'eaux et 4 Coca) Je n'ai jamais été dessus d'un hôtel au tant que celui-ci. SURTOUT à ne jamais visiter sauf si vous avez envi de jetter votre argent par la fenêtre. J'ai pris une suite avec décoration et jacuzzi pour notre anniversaire de Mariage et je n'ai trouver ni la décoration ni le jacuzzi. Il fallait qu'on rajoute 500Dinar pour le jacuzzi et 200dinar pour la décoration pour 1 journée en sachant que j'ai deja payé 1500dinars, c'est juste complètement fou. Conseil d'ami : hôtel à eviter NUL NUL NUL

Pas professionnel, très mal entretenu , basique un hôtel de luxe jamais vue un hôtel de luxe aussi mal entretenu , la vue est feerique mais les chambres sont froides à tous les sens du mot, j'espère que les gérants prendront compte de ces quelques mots, nous voulons de la qualité

Si les photos sont sûrement d’un temps ou les lieux étaient luxuriant, le temps a rendu cet hôtel désuet. Un manque de moyen et d’entretien se fait directement ressentir dans les couloirs ou les chambres . Tout ici est au minimum, la literie, les draps etc … on se croirait débarqué dans une ancienne clinique . La situation est correct et la douche des suites à une puissance magique mais la encore elles sont dans un état de vétusté catastrophique. Les chambres simples sont plus recommandable . Je ne recommande pas :(
