This is our third time at Bahiazul and we love it just as much the third time around. There were a couple of minor hiccups with a couple of bits but we rang down to Reception and within 10 minutes, maintenance had arrived and fixed. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The villas are lovely and spacious and private. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. The restaurant is fantastic with really good quality food. We had a thoroughly enjoyable lazy holiday and felt looked after the whole time. We’re already looking at flights for next year ☀️

This was our first attempt at the Villa vacation but not all out as it was within a complex and we did the B&B option. On first impressions the place looked to be immaculate and well maintained on the face of things. Staff are all friendly. Pretty soon the realisation kicks in as the villa is serviced once a week, in our case 4 days before towels were swapped out and the floors were cleaned etc, again the young lady doing so was friendly and thorough so no complaints there, only with the infrequent towel change. The pool is also done on the same day. The upsetting thing on this is that the following day there was a storm that has left the pool and patio area unusable and despite requesting that they come clean it again, their response was “Doubtful as there are 90 Villa’s with the same issue”. This is our last day ruined with that lack of empathy. No option of late checkout either as guess what, they need to clean the place for the next rental. We fully understand that bad weather is beyond their control but to just offhandedly reject a request was just poor in our opinion. The villa itself is pretty decent if just a little dated but it does have everything you would require for a self catering vacation. The pool in the villa is probably the most rundown looking of the entire place but again still usable, that is unless you come up against storms.

Villa: Club with Heated pool Time of stay: Christmas Location: at least 45 mins walk to nearest town & restaurants. 2 large supermarkets 5 mins away. Unfortunately our villa selection was very tired & outdated internally. Very spacious but the whole villa & pool area is well overdue a renovation. Internally very different to pictures seen on Instagram & holiday company website. The heated pool we paid extra for means it’s 26 deg. This is still cold especially in December & the sun was never on the pool. WIFI didn’t connect in child’s bedroom. Bedrooms are not connected which means when staying with children you have to sleep with all patio doors unlocked so they are able to get into the main living area & you if there was a problem. But this is straight out to the pool area. This is a security & health /safety risk. Buffet good selection at breakfast. Evening meal was generally good by buffet standards. Staff are exceptional. Christmas Day restaurant was decorated lovely & staff worked very hard. We paid extra for 140 euros each incl child for Christmas Day. There wasn’t any thing like an English traditional option of a Christmas dinner. It was disappointing for the amount of money paid. Taxi to corralejo is Approx 8 euro. It is far to walk at least 45 mins & wouldn’t fancy it in the heat or at night. 2 large supermarkets close by good value. Hotel externally very well maintained. Unfortunately our villa just didn’t live up to money paid, expectations & Christmas Day was a disappointment.

We stayed here for Christmas. We had to be moved after first day as terrible smell coming from the shower drains and kitchen walls were damp with paint coming off the walls! Staff were quick to move us to another villa 6 5 but although better it badly needs an upgrade! Although master bedroom was fine the other two were musty and not aired for awhile. The staff here are fantastic and the grounds are very clean it’s such a pity that the villas itself let it down.

This is a pleasant set of villas which are well equipped internally and externally. The positives are numerous; excellent location for supermarkets, not far from the town (although need a car), close to beach (5-10 min drive), local sand dunes which are very attractive, decent pool, jacuzzi, BBQ equipment, spacious rooms. Unfortunately there were several important negatives. The system is disorganised, and our pool was not heated despite asking. The agent had made a mistake with our booking and we had to move villas on our penultimate night which was disruptive. The area around the pool is EXTREMELY slippy which is quite dangerous. The villas are rather tired and ours had some kind of rising damp, with paint dust flaking off the walls and covering all our belongings. There were ants in the kitchen. Overall this is a decent place but well below what I would expect for the price.

We arrived around 10pm and the reception was open to receive us. The staff were very friendly. We just missed evening meal and they provided us with a cold food box, which was nice. We have 2x Royal villas, nearly next to each other as we are a group of 5. Villa is lovely, clean, all facilities; oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, all crockery and cutlery, tvs in all rooms, even washing machine on the roof terrace, 2x2:1 pods supplied. Villa cleaned every other day - towels refreshed along with bedding. Pool cleaned every other day. Hot tub on roof terrace was lovely. Lots of plugs but none had USB ports. Variety of foods in the restaurant All staff attentive and friendly Only down side to our holiday was no availability for late check out. We need to vacate by 11pm and not picked up til 5pm. There is a courtesy room but we feel as a family that we have lost a day of our holiday, it’s a shame as overall has been great. Won’t be returning but can see why others might

We returned home last week after a fantastic stay at Bahiazul, once again. We have stayed there on numerous occasions, because it is - Simply The Best! This time we booked an Excellence Villa, as it was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there and we certainly were not disappointed. From arrival to departure, each and every member of staff - in reception, the dining room, villa/pool maintenance, villa cleaning and also the security men gave us the excellent service we have come to know and love so well at Bahiazul. The villa itself is very well-named “Excellence”, with everything anyone could possibly wish for, to ensure an excellent stay. Simply stunning, inside and outside! We enjoyed it so much, we have booked a return break in October…. Looking forward to it already!

Individual villa resort, loved having own space and pool, Everything you could want, had B&B Well equity Villa for self catering. 40 min walk to main ***** it was a nice walk but summer might be to hot to walk. Security at gate will order a taxi for you for €7 to get to centre. Across the road from resort there is a lidle and another supermarket. Be careful on the paths to supermarket they are very uneven. Staff are so friendly they can’t do enough for you. Will Definatly return
