The staff are very friendly and helpful and the buffet is extremely large and varied, with an estimated 20 m of food and drinks on offer. The price-performance ratio is good."

"The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

"Shower and bath was great. Spa in hotel was convenient. They offer free airport drop off but they wasted 30 minutes checking the room to make sure we all weren't running away. It was quite disrespectful for the staff not to be honest with us instead they should of just asked us to pay for outstanding bills. Drawers were sticky even after being cleaned. The pillows smelt of BO. Food in the cafe and room service was disappointing. Breakfast buffet was alright. Though the room being next to kitchen caused eye stinging and coughing. Location is not that convenient its far from shopping and food areas albeit close to airport."

Food was very tasty and the tea was unforgettable. Roof top restaurant provided food throughout the day. Room service was also on point. Our family felt safe and secure at this hotel. Feel at home at this place. Management/staff very friendly. Guards are present. 24/7 room service... can't beat it. Located walking distance from Liberty Mall. I cannot wait to come back!!
