"Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I entered the hotel, there was no one available at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes for check-in. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room and found it very dirty and not properly cleaned. Later, I ordered dinner. I was informed on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, when I followed up, the food was still not ready. Eventually, the food was served to my room after almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. The service was extremely poor and disappointing. On top of that, the food had no taste and was not satisfactory at all. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service standards."

It triggers my OCD and sensory issues especially when they put small dessert spoons for food and table spoons for desserts (in most places in lhr) and I hate it. This is definitely going to be the place I’m visiting alone on the days I’m feeling like sh*t and alone in this city who gave me traumas, laughters, learnings and zero amount of people I could call my friends."

Saima at the front desk was great, we booked 3 different rooms and she even upgraded them. In total we stayed for 2 nights, room facilities included kettle, tea and also toothbrushes, shaving kit and soaps for hands and shower, clean towels, A/C rooms, fans, Tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV etc and also wifi. It also has a rooftop restaurant which is great. 10/10"
