"The hotel itself was nice, however they had a sports team staying here. They cordoned off areas and path ways, it was a lot of bother up until they left. I would suggest if you are staying here, check before hand if there is such an event going on. They give priority to the athletes and make you stop from crossing even the lobby and going to your room. I did wish I stayed at some other location instead while the team was here but as soon as they left things got a lot better."

"Stayed at Hotel Grand Orchard recently and it was a really pleasant experience. The rooms were neat, spacious, and well kept. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. Service was efficient and we didn’t face any issues during our visit. Location is also a big plus—everything is easily accessible nearby. Overall, a great place to stay and definitely worth recommending."

"Pillows were extremely dirty like literally too much so I had to replace the pillow covers and cover them twice. Bed sheets aren't clean as well. Fan is dirty. Noises of various people and fans make it further worse. The breakfast buffet was just average. Gym is good like really excellent for workout and nice addition. No coffee machine or kettle or any amenities provided."

"The room was good, just a standard twin. There's a bellhop on the first floor to help with luggage, which is nice, but the front desk being on the fourth floor is a bit inconvenient. The room was quiet and soundproofed well, though the air conditioning was a little noisy, even if it worked perfectly. Housekeeping was good too, with daily service. Just a heads-up: laundry service is only available before 10 AM, and clothes are returned by 7 PM. If you drop off laundry between 10 AM and 12 PM, there's a 50% surcharge, and after 12 PM, it's 100%."

"This is Muhammad Sufyan Rasheed, I checked in Yesterday and It was a trip with my friends, As I was expecting a memorable stay at PC Residencia, I was wrong, Firstly I came to check in and there was no protocol followed by the Front Office staff, I was asked to wait for more than 20 to 25 minutes, and no discipline or hospitality was there, after my check in I ordered meal from the restaurant and It was served after 2 hours which is not an suitable time to serve the meal, In these type of hotels the maximum time for serving the meal is 45 to 50 minutes which includes multiple items, but the time for serving up here was really really disappointing and I was not expecting a stay like that because I am visiting PC properties for more than 5 to 6 years and this was the worst stay ever in my life. I am not satisfied with the stay and I would like to rate 1/10 from my side. I request the higher management to take action accordingly and must watch over the staff continuously. Regards, Muhammad Sufyan Rasheed."

"Having stayed in numerous hotels and guesthouses over the years while traveling for business, this one is the best. I love the mattress; the support is excellent, clearly made with high-quality materials and no cheap, low-quality mattresses. It's perfect for a relaxing rest after a long day! The guesthouse owner is incredibly attentive and attentive to every detail. She even prepared a sumptuous dinner for us on Dragon Boat Festival, making me feel right at home. The location is also excellent and very safe. It's a welcome contrast to the crowded and oppressive old town. There's a beautiful boutique coffee shop just a few minutes' walk away; the coffee is delicious and the beans are unique. It's always a pleasure to stop by for a cup. The largest and newest shopping mall in the area is also within walking distance, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for business trips, independent travel, and any independent traveler!"

"This is a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in Lahore. The rooms are not very large and the windows are permanently covered by heavy drapes that cannot be removed. But you are not missing anything view wise! I was in a regular deluxe room. Maybe the suites had better view. The roof top restaurant was good but bleak skies and a chilly morning probably was not the best time for a breakfast. Buffet was good with lot of choices."

"The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

"The room was nice. Amenities: They were pretty good. The bathroom and guest room even had a sound system so I could listen to music while showering, haha. Cleanliness: The cleanliness met the standard for this type of hotel. Service: The service was good, and the barbecue upstairs was delicious."
