Overall, the hotel's service and food were acceptable, and the facilities were average, but the hygiene was appalling. The only upside is its proximity to the airport, but considering the current inconveniences due to Pakistan's policies, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It offers very poor value for money."

Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

Despite a confirmed reservation and guaranteed payment, the staff repeatedly called demanding payment, knowing my family and luggage were still in the room. This unprofessional harassment caused significant stress and anxiety. I wouldn't recommend Smart Hotel to anyone, especially business travelers seeking a hassle-free experience. The hotel needs to revise its policies to treat guests with dignity and respect. Until then, I advise others to look elsewhere."
