This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

I like this hotel a lot. I have stayed three times already. The staff is kind and friendly and the decoration is composed of modern art pieces by young local artists.

The room was very average. The comforter and bedding looked dingy, giving me the impression it wasn't very clean. Security was okay; they required armed guards to accompany guests when leaving the premises. They also required a deposit upon check-in. Breakfast was nothing special. The hot water wasn't very hot, which was a real drawback.

Very good service and hotel. A little outdate decor on 3rd floor but other than that nothing to fault.

The hotel has spacious deluxe rooms, a pool on the rooftop, and a small gym. The best thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast. It was so delicious we wokup at 6:30 am in anticipation of a wonderful breakfast. The service was great and the laundry service is same day. I recommend to anyone interested in being around good food options, a mall and not far from the airport.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Emporium Mall and the Expo Center. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, with delicious local dishes and a variety of options to suit all tastes. Hotel Nova was the perfect choice.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

It’s OK in Lahore. Other aspects are generally the same. But the diet is not bad!
