We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Lake Louise, which saved us from paying for expensive parking. It’s also close to stunning trails, yet quiet and peaceful. Plus, it’s conveniently near a grocery store, restaurants, and a café. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our family of three stayed in a suite. There was a microwave and some dishes in the room. The toilet and bathroom were also quite large. The scenery outside the room was beautiful. It was surrounded by woods and very quiet. Snow-capped mountains could be seen in the distance. There was also a balcony where we could sit and drink and chat. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights on the day we stayed there.

The environment is beautiful, the room is clean and the facilities are ok, but I am very dissatisfied with the extra deposit charged by the front desk. We booked two nights in the hotel, different room types, and a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars was collected when we checked in. Later, the front desk said that the room type can be adjusted, and we can stay in the same room for two nights. But I need to pay another 100 Canadian dollars deposit, and the hotel will immediately unfreeze the 200 Canadian dollars deposit I paid before. But three days later, we have checked out and left the hotel, but we have not received a text message from the bank about unfreezing the 200 Canadian dollars. I hope Ctrip will follow up on this matter.

This property was on the road to Lake Louise and the Shuttle Company the Property recommended to take us to Lake Louise and Morraine Lake was excellent. In fact, we were the only ones in the van.

**A Perfect Base for Exploring Lake Louise!**
We had an incredible stay at Paradise Lodge & Bungalows. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Lake Louise, with easy access to Highway 1, making it the ideal spot to explore not only the local sights but also attractions further afield. Having a rental car was perfect for our day trips.
The lodge offers plenty of nearby activities like horseback riding, and we loved that they loaned us bear spray (thankfully, we didn’t need it!). The scenery around the lodge is breathtaking—truly the Rockies at their finest. And, compared to some pricier options like the Fairmont, it’s an amazing deal.
For per adventure meals, we highly recommend stopping by the Trailhead for their breakfast sandwiches and coffee—perfect before a day of hiking or sightseeing. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again when we visit the area!

Loved our stay at Paradise Lodge & Bungalows. I had one night booked and tried to extend for 2 more nights after we had to cancel our Jasper trip. Both Isabel and Danielle were super sweet and helpful when I called multiple times to check on availability. When we checked in we learned we had been upgraded to a larger cabin. I loved the cabin, the soaker tub, the bath products, the potbelly stove, the view from the deck. We also liked that we were able to walk to Lake Louise from the lodge. Definitely our favorite stay on our trip.
