"I had a wonderful vacation staying at this accommodation! The place was exactly as described — beautiful, spotless, and full of charm. However, if you're a very cozy person, this might not be the best fit for you. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, all within walking distance. It’s close to the beach, mall, spa, restaurants, and a convenience store. Our host was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. They gave us great tips on things to see and do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the manager for his kindness in offering us a ride to the airport early in the morning. Our flight was at 8 a.m., so we needed to check out by 6 a.m., and Grab wasn’t accessible that early." I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good because is near to the beach but room quite old but girl staff so nice and helpful

Good place as you are in an Island, this place suitable. close to the shops and the beach. Very nice environment around the hotel and calm.

Great value for a budget hotel near town! Everything was smooth, and we could park our car right at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and useful amenities like an iron, water, and even books were available in the lobby. We got a great deal at just RM60 per night. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

It is tucked away in a quiet corner, away from the main road. I think it takes about 5 mins to get to the main road and another 2-3 mins to get to Chenang beach from the main road. The reception staff were very polite, helpful and attentive to queries. On the first day, there were mozzies in the room which disappeared from 2nd day onwards (not sure if it was due to the vapouriser that I switched on). There is air-con, mini fridge and instant water heater in my room but the air-con & mini fridge were super noisy. There was a constant electrical buzzing sound from the circuit box if the power is on. Since the room is connected to outside, sure to have ants and lizards coming into the room, just have to make peace with them. For linen, I was given yellow-stained sheets & towels like the previous reviews. HOWEVER, when I asked for room service on my 3rd day, I was given white sheets and nicely laundered towels with fragrance!!!

Firstly, the room lacked basic amenities, such as a hairdryer, which was quite inconvenient. The blanket sheet provided was yellowed and appeared old, which made me uncomfortable. The towels were also an issue as they had an unpleasant smell, indicating they weren't fresh or clean. The hotel is situated deep inside, far from the main roads. The quality of the room key was particularly frustrating. It broke off when I tried to insert it into the door, and the hotel reception initially asked for a 50 ringgit damage fee, which I found unreasonable. Thankfully, after some discussion, they reconsidered and did not charge me, but the whole situation was stressful. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. There are certainly better options available in for a more comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Staff are too friendly and quick in response to any request. Issue is that the distance to the Inn from the main road is too dark at night
