The best part of this hotel is its location, right near Freedom Square in a quiet side street. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly, and the room was comfortable if not a bit small. Overall a good value for someone looking to stay in the heart of Yerevan.

It's a simple, clean, and good hotel with good service. The location itself is good, but the hotel entrance is a bit hard to find from the main street.

The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, less than 300 meters from the Grand Theater and very close to several major attractions in Yerevan. It is a quiet place amidst the bustle. The hotel facilities are good, the service is considerate and responsive, and the breakfast is rich in variety. The best breakfast we had at any hotel in Armenia.

Our stay at Median Hotel Yerevan was a massive disappointment. We felt completely misled by the photos on social media and the internet. This is not a 4-star hotel by any standard—at best, it deserves a 2-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was subpar. The façade and entrance were poorly maintained, dirty, and uninviting, more akin to a hidden alley than a reputable hotel. It immediately raised doubts about the hotel’s claimed 4-star status. Although the check-in and check-out processes were quick, the room itself was a nightmare. Cramped and incredibly small, there was no space to even open our luggage properly. The carpets were filthy and stained, while the bathroom felt like a makeshift cabin—a flimsy structure that creaked like cardboard every time we moved. Given the cold weather in Yerevan, we didn’t need air conditioning, but the stale smell of the room due to the old, musty carpets made it essential. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to turn on the AC and suggested opening the window instead. This resulted in sleepless nights due to relentless construction noise, traffic sounds, and honking outside. The breakfast was average at best, with the same limited items served every day. While the staff in the breakfast room were friendly, the repetitive menu quickly became unappetizing, especially during a longer stay. To make matters worse, on our last day, the hotel charged us 5,000 dram for makeup stains on a towel—stains that could have easily been removed with detergent and water. This felt incredibly unfair and left us questioning the hotel’s ethics. Attached a video of the towel, try to see for yourself. In summary, Median Hotel Yerevan is noisy, cramped, dirty, and utterly disappointing. We do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

For a Solo Traveler the single room is so much feasible and fitting . The Bathroom was nice and clean and loved the best part of bathing in the continuous hot water specially when is cold or raining outside. Secondly in the morning when you see the team inside the kitchen gear up for an sumptuous breakfast - my palate says - How did i get so lucky? From three different varieties of egg - to their cakes, croissant etc etc - i was happy that my morning starts of well. Thirdly, the most important thing is the location of this hotel, Right in the middle of the City Centre where everything is around the corner and easily accessible. How does this get any better than this? Thank you so much for the stay and looking forward to come back again to this same hotel.

The Hotel was in a very good location. It is just few meters from North Avenue, under it was a grocery shop, restaurants, supermarket and top brand shops are nearby,the team was very polite and responsible,rooms are comfortable,but smalls,everyday cleaning,nice breakfast and atmosphere,smoking downstairs

It was comfortable and cozy. It was conveniently located in the city center. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. During my stay, there was construction going on in front of the hotel, so it was noisy all night. They changed my room so I could stay quietly. I am very satisfied.

Very nice hotel with an outstanding service, centrally located in a very quiet location. Room was perfect, stuff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very tasty with a wide choice of meals. No doubt will choose this hotel next time.

Great location, breakfast is really good. Worth for money. This hotel provide a good service in Yerevan. Walking distance to republic square. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are helpful. Breakfast provides many options. Love this hotel.

The internet was basically non-existent. The elevator is small, fitting at most 3 people, but staff kept using the elevator during busy times of breakfast and checkout. Location is fairly central, but the views were not much. Breakfast was ok, but the coffeemaker kept turning off. Not great value for money, but at least not as big of a ripoff as Marriott in Yerevan.
