Great location, right at the entrance of the old street. Good service as well! The only thing is the lobby and lifts often smelt of smoke, as a non-smoker it is quite uncomfortable. But our room was great and non-smoking.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lanzhou's Old Town promenade. It's ideal for experiencing the hustle and bustle, especially in the evenings when it's dark and the lights are aglow. We gladly accepted the free upgrade to a Family Suite offered at check-in. The spacious suite boasts all the necessary amenities, including a play tent for the kids. A well-equipped gym and an exceptionally varied breakfast (even the most fussy Westerners will find something to eat here) are available in the neighboring building.

We had a wonderful experience of this hotel, which is perfect for families. It was a short ten minute drive from the station, and all the staff, especially Q, were very helpful. It’s situated near Old Lanzhou Street where there’s lots to do for kids and many options for lunch and dinner. A delicious, varied breakfast was served at the hotel, and their laundry room is a great bonus.

The hotel is located right at the entrance of the old town, making it a very convenient location. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the subway station. The room was clean, but the breakfast is served in a separate building, and the staff there were not helpful at all. Overall, it’s still a good place to stay, especially with plenty of restaurants nearby.

A brilliant hotel in the best location. Walking around the old of Lanzhou whenever I felt was convenient, aesthetically pleasing and fun. The rooms are comfortable and well designed. The service efficient and responsive. The only thing which was hard for me, even though I was given a non-smoking room, was the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray. It's in the air-vent because I'm sure people smoke in designated non-smoking rooms all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location - just a short walk to the old street with all its cool shops and cafes. Every morning we'd step outside and already be in the middle of the action.
The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The staff were super nice - always greeting us with smiles and happy to give recommendations.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Our kid's favorite part was the small playground just a 2-minute walk away - perfect for burning off energy.

Only ten minutes walk from Mayan metro station and a ten minute ride to Lanzhou West rail station for airport and bullet trains. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks in a short stroll including excellent BBQ Uyghur food opposite. Room was great size and tastefully modern while lobby area stunningly tranquil and zen.
Hotel is practically brand new as is the immediate city district and a few snagging problems still exist. In my room the AC Couod not be operated so a window was always open. And the fancy electronic WC appeared to have no electric connections as module didn’t work. In hall outside room there was ongoing minor repair to the flooring.
Amazingly good value for money and high standard Bed and bathroom plus enormous TV all working 100%.
