Because I decided to travel to Lanzhou at the last minute, I forgot to make a reservation when booking the hotel. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was no room with a double bed. The staff at Wyndham Hotel quickly gave me a solution, recommended that I book a family room first, and upgraded my room type. Considering that it would be very troublesome to change rooms later, I immediately helped to renew the room after communicating with the hotel the next day. I would like to express my special thanks to Manager Wang Xia for the proper arrangements. The Wyndham rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the decor in the room is simple and stylish. Overall, I am very satisfied with Wyndham Hotel. Its excellent service, comfortable rooms, complete facilities and ideal location made me feel very comfortable and happy throughout my stay.

Even the shipping payment was paid. It was really intimate. Next time I go to Lanzhou, I will stay at Smart Choice.
