特別差的一次體驗：
1、下午四點班裡的入住，訂的標準雙床房，前台各種讓我們加錢升級房型，説這個房沒有窗户悶得很，我們加錢了，但是升級後的房在最裡麪走廊盡頭。
2、剛進門就看見桌子沒有擦乾淨很臟，但是着急去吃飯沒有在意。
3、沒有拖鞋，我們去找前台要拖鞋前台説你在找一找呢，請問有拖鞋能讓我找到的話我幹嘛還要來找你要？
4、晚上回來10點多，睡不着把枕頭抱在懷裡發現枕頭上竟然有幹掉的血漬！！！檢查了一下被頭也有，被尾也有。去找值班的過來換，我們衹是説需要你給我們換乾淨的，問這個房間是不是沒打掃，我説一句值班説十句“不可能我們的人都是經過怎樣怎樣的培訓”我又説可能沒洗乾淨“不可能，我們的洗衣機怎麼樣怎麼樣”我最後説是不是把洗了的和沒洗的搞混了“不可能我們的人經過培訓的不會犯這樣的錯”怎麼？別人跟你好好説話就覺得好欺負？哪一種都不可能那我問你可能性到底是哪一種？話裏話外的意思是我們弄的唄？血漬都幹成啥樣了非要睜着眼睛説瞎話嗎？沒有腦子嗎？我説那不是我們弄的啊我住酒店第一次碰到這樣子的事，值班人員“對啊我也是第一次啊我們的人不可能犯這樣的錯誤的真是太奇怪了”“反正我們這邊都是有訊息的走廊都是有監控的，你們幾點回來的都可以調監控”氣的我再不想搭理，解決事情不有應有的態度？一直來來回回扯皮怪我們？我們發現問題後第一時間沒有打電話投訴而是找人解決來了倒打一耙欺負我們？

説實話，這個酒店很差勁，空調衹有熱風沒有冷風，晚上把人熱死，花小2百塊沒有窗户把人悶死了，早上起來呼吸都困難，潮的很還，望大家少踩坑，這個酒店不推薦我們還帶着孩子，網絡也沒有信號差的要命，

房間不錯，淡季出遊性價比挺高，唯一美中不足的就是房間沒有洗澡的拖鞋，格林豪泰我在廣西也住過，廣西的就配備的很齊全，總體來説房間乾淨，還不錯

避雷這家酒店！本想好好休息卻遭遇“噩夢”體驗！樓下的KTV夜夜笙歌，隔音形同虛設，撕心裂肺的歌聲、震耳欲聾的低音炮，從晚上十點一直持續到凌晨三四點 ，房間像裝了震動器一樣，根本無法入睡！找前台反映，得到的卻是“沒辦法”“管不了”的冷漠迴應，完全沒有提供任何解決方案，甚至連一句歉意都沒有。花錢是來享受服務的，不是來“渡劫”的！這種衹收錢不辦事的態度太讓人失望，體驗極差，千萬別來！
環境：環境設施老舊惡劣
服務：反饋問題一直答應解決，實際未做溝通，直到退房依然未對問題進行解決，總之噪音問題一直未予以處理
