The TV screen fell down by itself and they insisted that we had to take it down. What good would it do us if we destroyed it? Such a big hotel has no responsibility at all. They came in and told me that we were living here and it was fine. Why did it break and they asked us to pay for it? We are outsiders, so we didn't send

環境：真的差，定的房間進去衞生先不説到處都是土，凳子上桌子上一層土，地都沒掃乾淨，而且最最重要的是晚上超級吵樓底下的酒吧唱歌到半夜兩三點才停。
衞生：衞生間毛巾顏色都變黑了酒店也不知道換換新的啊
服務：前台的小姐姐還很好説話態度很好

雖然酒店的門頭很難找（或者説暫時還沒安裝好），乘電梯到服務枱的方式奇葩了一些。但這家酒店從樓道到房間的衞生、各種設施的體驗感是非常好的，該有的都有，都很新。最重要的是酒店的位置很好。正寧路小吃夜市、張掖路步行街、胡家牛肉包子、正宗的蘭州牛肉麪、中山橋、白塔山、黃河碼頭、西關地鐵站等均可步行到達，非常方便省心，重中之重價格很優惠！給到蘭州旅遊的友友們推薦此酒店！

位置不好找，進院子坐電梯到六樓，又要走樓梯到四樓，有行李箱就好麻煩了，房間裏沒煙灰缸沒有紙杯，連個水都沒有！

房間還湊合可以，但是服務員服務態度特別的差，我介意老闆快點換了這兩個服務員垃圾吧，不然會營銷店裡生意的，真的，超了一點退房時間，呵呵多問我收30，你也沒説超時會收費呀，真的特別垃圾感覺，心情特別糟糕
