酒店座落於蘭州市幸福裏高住小區，門面隱於大廈一角的二層住宅樓層上。店面向整潔努力。幸福裏高樓羣地下室可以説是非常的大。進口很方便的就開車下去了，但上去卻比較考驗耐心。衹有小區人員才有門禁並順利出入地下停車場。我等遊民衹能小心翼翼地緊隨別人身後順勢而入（出），有種好失尊容的錯覺。存在費15元店家及時從微信轉還到位了。賓館所處位置無任何景點景觀和商務而言，比較．不方便。女先生人面善，有學問，應該是位退休的老師吧. 其他方面還好（比較小格局的家庭式賓館）。

房間還是乾淨整潔的，晚上也安靜，就是衞生間是長條形狀，很擁擠，洗澡發現衹有沐浴露沒有洗髮水，沒有小噴淋，衹有頭頂大圓盤，還比較堵，衹能靠着牆才能接到水，熱水器開關又在後麪，一不小心就關水了。

之前為看演唱會訂的酒店，酒店偏小，就是很普通的廉價酒店（但如果看演唱會的話，奧體中心周圍一圈的酒店也就這個有性價比了）
去奧體中心是可以直接步行到達，但是不要被地圖迷惑了，走路去奧體中心跨橋需要上下坡六次，挺麻煩的，實際步行用時40min左右，但演唱會結束打車也要等挺久的才能坐上，看個人能不能接受了。
