凱賓酒店距離火車站不遠，幾步路就到了。和格林豪泰酒店共用一個前台，服務很熱情。酒店各層都有電梯，很快就能到房間。天花板也是新裝修的，房間面積比較大，被褥非常乾淨。各方面設施都比較好。贈送了兩瓶礦泉水，很不錯。唯一的遺憾沒有吃上自助餐，問前台被告知是餐廳正在裝修，還沒有開始，希望下次住的時間能吃上自助餐，這樣就不用下樓吃飯了。房子中央空調温度有點低，晚上如果不關窗户，會被凍醒。樓下面很多飯館，吃飯很方便。總體非常滿意。

位置十分好，離蘭州站不遠，地鐵站就在酒店旁邊，公交車站也很近，出行很方便，周邊餐飲和超市很多，設施齊全，有電梯，環境衞生好，服務周到，性價比挺高的，推薦。

酒店環境非常好，乾淨衞生，服務熱情，距離蘭州站很近，出門就是蘭州火車站的地鐵口，周圍美食很多，晚上燒烤很實惠，兩元一串羊肉串，便利店裡的寶貝前所未有的便宜實惠！附近還有一個西北眼鏡批發城，我陪了一副眼鏡，才88元，戴上舒適！我在我家那裡配至少還400呢！
