The Goods: The hotel is about 10min walk from high speed railway station. The room is huge, and facilities looks new.
The Bads: The gentleman who was manning the reception counter needs more training/ re-training. We called to request for a 3rd bath towel since there are 3 of us but the receptionist sent us a bath mat instead. We complained the phone in the room was not working (no dialing tone) and the receptionist simply brush it off as we were not operating the phone correctly instead of sending someone to check the phone! The lifts are very slow during breakfast hour.

This is the most satisfying and favorite hotel for this trip to Gannan. The environment is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The experience was great. Especially the lady and two men on duty at the front desk at 3 pm on April 20th were very warm, thoughtful and meticulous. They also upgraded the room type for our group of 12 people. Thank you very much. Master Yang, who sent us to the high-speed rail station early on the 21st, enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage and open the car door. He really treated customers as relatives! The good impression of Lanzhou added another 10 points.
