Lanzhou Qilihe District Hotels

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Only ten minutes walk from Mayan metro station and a ten minute ride to Lanzhou West rail station for airport and bullet trains. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks in a short stroll including excellent BBQ Uyghur food opposite. Room was great size and tastefully modern while lobby area stunningly tranquil and zen. Hotel is practically brand new as is the immediate city district and a few snagging problems still exist. In my room the AC Couod not be operated so a window was always open. And the fancy electronic WC appeared to have no electric connections as module didn’t work. In hall outside room there was ongoing minor repair to the flooring. Amazingly good value for money and high standard Bed and bathroom plus enormous TV all working 100%.

The hotel was very nice, new and clean. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful with our needs and in recommending places for us to visit or eat. Location was great as there were many shops and food choices around the hotel which was right inside the Old Street. Our only issue was getting our taxi / ride hailing cars to pick us / drop us off at the hotel entrance because most drivers were not aware that they can drive in through the side road.

Absolutely five-star experience! From check-in to check-out, the whole process is impeccable! The hotel is in a central location, and the subway station and attractions are within walking distance. The front desk service is friendly and efficient, and the room type was upgraded proactively. The room design is modern, the floor-to-ceiling window has a great view, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and the details reflect the quality. The cleaning service is meticulous, and the daily supplies are replenished in time. The breakfast is diverse and there are many choices. The restaurant service staff is also very professional and friendly. The aromatherapy in the lobby smells good, which makes people very warm! Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice, sincerely recommended!

On the second day of check-in, Xiao Duan from the front desk provided good service, warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was not very rich. Convenient transportation, near Lily Park, can see the Yellow River

酒店房間住着特別舒適，房間整個格調顯得很清新淡雅，空調基本上二檔都完全夠用很暖和，酒店位置離的地鐵站也很近，步行就能到。前台服務尤其好，剛出電梯就有人問好，貼心的指了房間洗衣房健身房位置，住着就很舒服。正好旁邊就是體育場，明年如果有演唱會的話住這真的方便

The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was quick. The room was clean and spacious, the overall was good, the room space was suitable, the service was good, the check-out time card was a bit strict, I hope it will be delayed until 2 o'clock

房間特別大特別乾淨，房間對面就是名景黃河樓！前台小姐姐人美又心善，老闆是名美食愛好者。配的早餐即營養又豐富關鍵是好吃，下次來還選擇這家👏👏👏👏

Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

I used the online picture, but the room type I stayed in was the same. The hotel is located in Building 5, Riverside Yingxiang, No. 589 Dunhuang Road, Qilihe District, Lanzhou City. It is close to Lanzhou High-speed Railway West Station and Lanzhou Metro Line 1 West Station Cross Station. Don't travel too convenient! There are also large commercial complexes such as Lanzhou Center and Lanzhou Zhongtianjian Square, which are easy to do for shopping and entertainment. More importantly, it is also very close to tourist attractions such as Gansu Provincial Museum and Yellow River Building. We traveled either by taxi or bus, and we were very close to several attractions. The overall service is very comfortable, every time you enter and exit, you will say hello in time, and you will be responded quickly if you have needs. The gym and laundry room are very good. You can also wash clothes when you travel. It is fragrant every day. Late night porridge: This is very good, although I can eat in Lanzhou every day, but I still can't bear to come to a bowl of warm stomach porridge. Service: The overall service is super good, the reception staff is also very good, and the living is very comfortable.
