We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was warm, attentive, and full of helpful recommendations. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We particularly appreciated the high-quality amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing lounge area. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, from fresh fruit and yogurt to hot dishes, all served in a bright, inviting space. The location was outstanding—close to major attractions, restaurants, and convenient transport links. The value for the price was excellent, and the level of service made us feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

Located right beside SM City Mall with a side stairs that closed at 12am. There is Starbucks there also ! The shower water taste ok unlike another resort I stayed which is salty. Hotel in the middle of everything like mall / clubs / restaurants. Recommend it. Cons: called for room service at 10pm but take a long time to pick up. Also take some time to send up the stuffs we requested for. Also the toilet flush is very weak so I wouldn’t recommend you to throw any tissue in. Oh ya and there is a 7-11 nearby maybe 5-6 mins walk but I think it’s abit scammy. Only can paid by cash and also 1 night when I only have limited cash while the staff scanned the items. He told me I cannot remove the item or else he have to pay with his own pocket money ??? And told us to withdraw money. So we withdraw and paid and I even confirmed with the hotel staff, they told me the cashier can just remove the item in the system and do not need to use their own pocket money to cover.

the place was amazing, it was near my where I’m supposed to go, near malls and along the highway. Perfect if your on a budget, and solo traveller, but few notes, maybe just me but I’d appreciate more efficiency from the staff specially front desk, they will give you what you need it may take time and had to go back down few times to get what I need, also building wise, if you don’t want to add a phone in every single room maybe just add one near the elevator that is connected to the lobby so that when we have to follow up we don’t have to go back few times just for towels or bedsheet change request, especially if your tired and just want a good rest. I truly appreciate this hotel. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, particularly the entrance guard who attentively assists guests. The receptionists are not only professional but also very approachable. Overall, I would be delighted to return to this hotel repeatedly.

We had a fantastic stay at Summit Galleria Cebu! We booked two connecting rooms, one with a king bed for us and another with two beds for our kids and it was the perfect setup for a family trip. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and directly connected to the mall, which made everything super convenient. Whether we needed a quick meal, shopping, or just entertainment for the kids, it was all right there. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the bellmen were quick, helpful, and always attentive. Their service really stood out during our stay. One minor downside: when the café closes and you're coming back from the mall, you have to walk around to get back in. But on our last night, we saw the café crew still inside after closing, and they kindly let us in when we knocked and that gesture made a great impression. Breakfast was another highlight it was delicious and included in the stay! The sikwate (local hot chocolate) was rich and flavorful one of the best I’ve had. Overall, our experience was wonderful and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially families. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Great place to stay. I will stay here again if I come back in the future. 2 mins walk from Ayala Mall. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in 21 Flor and I Love the Room very modernized And super clean , the view is perfect for early morning coffee , the buffet was good Bottled water is supplied to the room daily. Highly recommend.

This simple, clean hotel is perfect for solo travelers and just opened this year. The rooms are modern and the staff are friendly. It's close to the city center and IT Park, but there aren't many shops nearby. The hotel is located at a busy intersection, so it's recommended to call a taxi in advance.
