The hotel is a bit old, but the location is perfect just near the airport making it the most convenient option for a tired traveler. I was shocked about the ₱2,000 deposit because it wasn’t stated in their policy, but overall everything is good. The receptionists are kind and friendly, and after a long day, their helpful service really eased my stress. I checked in late, so it was nice that she was very accommodating.”"

It was impeccably clean, beautifully scented, and wonderfully soundproof. To our delight, we were upgraded from a standard room to a Superior—thank you, Waterfront! The staff truly made our stay exceptional, especially the front desk team. Check-in and check-out were effortless, smooth, and welcoming. Breakfasts were a delight, offering a fantastic start to our day. The Wi-Fi was a bit congested, likely due to the concert that evening, but thankfully we had our backup ready—no worries there! A special shoutout to the Christmas tree—it’s absolutely breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Overall, a memorable one-night stay, and we can’t wait to return!"
