"Dusit Thani Cebu – Beautiful Views, Lovely Staff & Impressive Pool The highlight of Dusit Thani Cebu is definitely the view — absolutely beautiful, especially around the pool and seaside areas. The hotel itself is a little dated in some parts, but overall it is still very pleasant and comfortable for its standard. One of the main reasons I came here was actually for padel. I was quite excited about the court, although it turned out to be a rather old-school, retro-style padel court with solid walls instead of the modern glass courts that most players are used to today. Still playable, but definitely something to note if padel is one of your reasons for staying here. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection and a very enjoyable start to the day. Dinner, however, was surprisingly expensive. We ordered just one egg fried rice, one salad, sweet potato fries and two drinks, and the bill came up to SGD60+, which I felt was quite steep for what we ordered. What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming throughout our stay. And the pool is huge and genuinely impressive — probably one of the nicest features of the resort. Together with the beautiful sea view, it gives the property a very relaxing resort atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent views, wonderful staff, a great breakfast and an amazing pool. The property may feel slightly dated in certain areas, and dining prices are on the higher side, but it is still a lovely place to unwind in Cebu."
