"We enjoyed our stay at the resort, especially as a family with young children. However, the bathtub in our initial room in the ocean wing was clogged. Luckily, we were moved to another room in the same building. They managed the issue well and offered us some freebies from the resort. We will definitely return, as it has become our son's favorite resort in Cebu."

"The location is still acceptable as going everywhere is beyond easy reach with Grab. Although there are traffic jam, we are still able to reach a destination on time. This hotel is too security in the sense they scan all items when you are back hotel. Everything in the room was good but there are leakage on the tap which make us irritated when using the basin."

"The location next to Ayala Center is excellent, but the hotel facilities were disappointing for a four-star property. The room phone was not working, so I had to go down to the front desk just to request drinking water. The refrigerator barely cooled anything, making it impossible to keep water or food cold in Cebu’s heat. If bottled water is only available on request, at least provide water dispensers on each floor. The amenities were also very limited. Only one toothbrush and one set of cotton buds were provided, despite multiple guests staying in the room. Constantly requesting basic necessities is inconvenient. The location is great, but the facilities and guest convenience need significant improvement."

"The hotel is located on a private island. Getting there isn't too difficult, but all the main attractions (sardines, sharks, canyoneering) are quite a distance away. This hotel seems to have been designed for guests who don't want to leave it – a small 'Bounty island' vibe. But it didn't quite hit the mark. The staff here are constantly smiling. As soon as they see you, they drop what they're doing to greet you. During meals, they approach you every minute to ask questions and tell you about the free 'entertainment' planned for the day. Honestly, it's annoying and doesn't match the status the hotel clearly aims for. In a good hotel, staff are incredibly helpful yet discreet. Here, they can't even clean the room without being noticed. However, you can tell they've been trained this way, rather than it being their natural work style. So, if they were trained differently, these young people would significantly improve the service quality. Also, don't expect quick responses or help from anyone. It's better to go directly to reception and sort things out yourself. That's the most effective way, otherwise, you might drown in a Kafkaesque castle with a British surrealist twist. The room we stayed in was magnificent in terms of size and cleanliness. The shower wasn't working well, but they replaced it quickly. When walking around the room, the wardrobe wobbles and makes noise, but these are minor issues. I noticed signs of wood-boring insects in the safe cabinet, but didn't see the insects themselves, so they didn't cause any trouble. Food. The food here is very poor, compared to all the other places I've visited in the Philippines. A hotel aiming for a high rating shouldn't be serving microwaved store-bought pizza at such a price. If the food is cooked properly (grilled chicken breast, for example), it's invariably oversalted or overspiced. Or both at once. I couldn't find a single dish on the menu that was worth its price or genuinely tasty, except perhaps for the scrambled eggs at breakfast. But that's not enough if you plan to stay on the island all day, is it? Snorkeling costs 1000 pesos per hour for the boat and 100-200 pesos for equipment (each item separate: mask, fins, aqua shoes). The hotel staff claim the equipment is new, but that's not true. Aqua shoes are essentially unavailable in adult sizes (from 40 and up, we found only two old and torn pairs). The coral reef is dying after the typhoon, but there are still beautiful spots, and my wife and I don't regret snorkeling here. Especially since it was the only activity available on the island. To sum up, this hotel might suit those who want to isolate themselves from the rest of the world for a resort-style vacation with an average level of service but rather high prices for that level."

"This was by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had. Firstly, the price was incredibly reasonable, yet the services available even before check-in were extensive, allowing me to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I also used the bar and enjoyed afternoon tea; both the atmosphere and service were superb, making for a truly luxurious experience. The room was very clean, and the facilities and comfort were impeccable. Its direct connection to a commercial complex made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Furthermore, with *** also on-site, there's plenty to enjoy within the hotel itself, which is a major plus. From service, location, and facilities to value for money, everything was outstanding. This was undoubtedly the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I would love to return."

"Occasion: Family trip (my wife, 2-year-old, and I, totaling 3 people). I booked this hotel because I wanted a luxurious stay near the airport where we could relax. Location: It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, and having a shopping mall right next door was a big plus. However, outside of the mall's operating hours, there's nothing else around, and I felt a bit concerned about safety walking around at night, so that's something to be aware of. Food: The breakfast was a lavish buffet with a great selection of Japanese, Western, Chinese, and Filipino dishes. The variety of cheeses and sweets was abundant and delicious. Service: Everyone was incredibly kind, and their service towards my child was particularly outstanding. Their responses to my inquiries before arrival were also prompt, which put my mind at ease. Room: It was clean and spacious enough. There were outlets conveniently located by the bed. There wasn't a bathtub, and the room's ambiance felt more suited for a business trip, in which case it would be perfectly satisfactory. Personal opinion: I would recommend this hotel to couples visiting Cebu for the first time. For families, I felt that a few more recreational options within the hotel would be nice. However, breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable for families too."

"This hotel really is the Oasis you need after the hussle and bustle of Cebu. The rooms are BIG, Clean and the pools are fantastic. Like everywhere in the Philippines service and staff are 10/10. The staff are sweet and can not do enough for you The beach at this Hotel is man made but the landscape and pools really make it special. Its perfect for a 2 night stay where you do not want to leave the hotel. The surroundings are pretty desolate. But the sheraton has everything you need for luxury, food options and relaxation. Also they play great R&B around the pool"

"Хорошая 5ка с большим бассейном, собственной конюшней, фермой, небольшим зоопарком, прекрасным фитнес залом, большим бассейном и треком с квадроциклами, завтрак - шведский стол, не очень разнообразный, но все необходимое есть, достаточно скромно, но вкусно. Персонал вежливый, приветливый и гостеприимный. Цены в ресторане и на услуги SPA максимально демократичные (для 5* отеля). Есть как здание с номерами, так и отдельные виллы с собственными бассейнами. Вилла отличная, просторная, с огромной кроватью, ванной комнатой, множеством окон, достаточно большим (для личного) бассейном и прекрасным видом на море. Береговая линия в наш визит была вся в мусоре, что полностью исключало желание купаться в море (благо, был личный бассейн на вилле, а так же большой общий бассейн отеля), так же территория вся была засыпана листьями от фикусов, которых на территории достаточно много, сделаю предположение, что связано это было с недавними тайфунами, к берегу принесло много водорослей, веток и мусора с моря. Персонал отеля активно занимался уборкой весь период нашего пребывания в отеле. В целом, территория отеля ухоженная, симпатичная, газоны подстрижены, деревья ухожены, а территория, на минуточку, очень большая, что требует большого количества персонала на ее поддержание."
