Guest UserExcellent hotel! The rooms are cozy, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the grounds are well-maintained too. The location isn't the most convenient if you're on foot, but the hotel itself is in a beautiful spot. They also offer scooters at a very good price – cheaper than renting them 'on the street'. When we arrived, all the scooters were taken, but the girls at the reception suggested a company they work with, and everything was delivered right to the hotel for us. When a hotel scooter became available, we took that. They also helped us with tours. We initially booked the hotel for 2 nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 3. By the way, the transfer from the hotel is also more cost-effective than arranging it yourself.
The hotel owners, Nick and Raquel, are very kind and open-hearted; it was a real pleasure and very interesting to chat with them. Abigail and the other girls are also positive and always ready to help. At this hotel, you feel like you're visiting close relatives. Thank you! We would be very happy to stay with you again!)

Nat ShanghaiWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. What makes it truly special is its unique location: set on a small island just 10 minutes by boat from the mainland, it genuinely feels like being alone in the world. The setting is peaceful, charming, and beautifully secluded.
The pool is lovely, the small beach is very enjoyable, and above all, the kindness of the staff is exceptional. The team is attentive, warm, and truly contributes to the overall experience.
On the downside, because the island is quite isolated, dining options are limited to the hotel’s restaurant unless you take the boat back to the mainland. This makes both the room rates (even though the view is beautiful) and the food prices feel somewhat high.
We were a family of five, added an extra bed, and requested early check-in, which significantly increased the final bill for our two-night stay. The total cost ended up being quite substantial.
That said, we still had a wonderful time and keep very fond memories of our stay. It is a beautiful and special place overall.

Alina MokerovaThis place is incredible, it exceeded all our expectations! It's a whole complex: there's a farm with an ostrich and other animals, a large pool with a beautiful view, in the evening you can watch movies from YouTube and they even give free popcorn; various board activities (Jenga, puzzles), ping-pong, badminton. In short, we didn't get bored at all for two days. The staff is generally responsive and resolves issues quickly. The only thing is they cook slowly, but maybe that's the country's mentality (I'm not sure about that), we eventually got used to it and ordered at least half an hour in advance. We also had some issues with the food; after one dinner with shrimp, I had an upset stomach. Many dishes are spicy, probably with local spices. Twice I asked for the pasta to be redone for my child so it wouldn't be spicy, and in the end, I just asked for plain spaghetti without sauce, and they still didn't get it right. I can recommend this place, but with a caveat about the kitchen.

Anonymous UserI stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and the location is great. I can grab a coffee, local nor junk food less than 1 km from the hotel. The mountain view is great, but the floor is dusty (maybe because of the renovation) and the hot water is working a little slow, but no complaints, and they have a bidet! Also, you can ask for a blanket if you need one. I'm looking forward to coming back to Cebu and staying here again.

Guest UserThe island was beautiful and we really loved the place. However, I was disappointed with the drone policy. Even though I already had a permit, drone flying was only allowed in one specific area, which did not feel safe because it was surrounded by water. It would be better to provide safer and more flexible flying locations for visitors with approved permits.

Sk112187Occasion: Family trip (my wife, 2-year-old, and I, totaling 3 people). I booked this hotel because I wanted a luxurious stay near the airport where we could relax.
Location: It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, and having a shopping mall right next door was a big plus. However, outside of the mall's operating hours, there's nothing else around, and I felt a bit concerned about safety walking around at night, so that's something to be aware of.
Food: The breakfast was a lavish buffet with a great selection of Japanese, Western, Chinese, and Filipino dishes. The variety of cheeses and sweets was abundant and delicious.
Service: Everyone was incredibly kind, and their service towards my child was particularly outstanding. Their responses to my inquiries before arrival were also prompt, which put my mind at ease.
Room: It was clean and spacious enough. There were outlets conveniently located by the bed. There wasn't a bathtub, and the room's ambiance felt more suited for a business trip, in which case it would be perfectly satisfactory.
Personal opinion: I would recommend this hotel to couples visiting Cebu for the first time. For families, I felt that a few more recreational options within the hotel would be nice. However, breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable for families too.

Great facilities for families, but service needs improvement.
We enjoyed the pool and the kids' play area with our 1-year-old, though it’s worth noting that the play area requires an extra entrance fee. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance of IT Park. However, the service was disappointing. The staff weren't very proactive or attentive; we constantly had to go out of our way to ask for basic assistance rather than being offered help.

The room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
