This is my second time booking this hotel because we had so much fun the first time we booked. I booked for 3 people this time, and my mom had a wonderful experience!
She was very pleased with how large the room was. She got her own bed, the TV was large, and she had plenty of room to do her activities without bumping into me and my husband. She felt so comfortable. My only issue with the place is not all of them are updated, so the bathroom is a little bit older, but nothing to gripe about. I love the couch by the window.
There are few things to do outside the hotel, but you will need to travel at least 10-15 minutes if you want to get to the *****. It is an off-the-strip ******, so account for time it takes for you to get to your destination. Overall, I will always book this place whenever I went to stay in Vegas for cheaper.

Convenient location. Off ***** but close enough to the *****, Chinatown (the good food!) and freeway. Free parking. The only down side I can think of is the small window by the bath tub. It’s a clear window with no curtain. We could see other rooms from that window, so we decided to use a towel to cover it up.

The hotel is about a $20 cab or Uber away from the ***** and feels a little dated, but that's the only critical bit. The room was clean and spacious, and the linens were clean. The hot water was exceedingly good as well. But the best part is the hotel sending my money back to me when I overpaid upon arrival due to my prepaying online as well.

Not great.
1. They charge you for reasonable speed wifi (you get "free" wifi which is slow).
2. No water - everything is "extra" you gotta pay.
3. Service, I expected to be better but nope. Wasn't great. We checked in late and only decided to stay a night to sleep. We didn't use anything at the resort, as per rules we paid for the resort fee - however we did ask for "exception" they said they might depend on the manager in the morning. Come checkout - they said no. Now normally I'll be ok with it as everyone has to pay for it, but they were rude about it and honestly didn't give a great vibe at all.
If you like ****** go for it, but its off the *****, no public transport so it's quite hard to get to and on-top of that at least for me it was a terrible service both in and out (other people might have a different experience).

1 hours walk from the *****. Room quite dated and hotel looked quite tired. Overall an OK experience. Good value for money.

Hotel was clean, decor was a bit dated. Could update at least to have USB charging ports in the rooms. Also update internet info to reflect that a shuttle to the sister property on the ***** is NOT provided every 30 mins. The outside hot tub was out of service and the indoor hot tub was only available Thursday- Sunday. There was a gentleman that worked in the pool/spa area that was always friendly and very helpful! Smoking still allowed throughout the ****** which smells absolutely horrible! Especially while eating in the food court!

Very disappointed, we arrived Friday March 28 at around 11 PM  and went straight to bed. the next morning, the toilet was flushed, and water overflowed from the toilet and there was water everywhere. We used all the towels to maintain the water. I called housekeeping and informed the lady that answered the problem. The lady informed us she would be sending someone to fix the problem and to use towels to contain the water. We could not take a shower or use the restroom that morning so we ended up using the restroom in the ****** and went on with our day. When we returned that night around 11 PM the toilet was fixed, but the bathroom was not cleaned. all the towels were left on the bathroom floor soaked, along with pieces of toilet paper everywhere. We informed housekeeping the next morning and the lady that was cleaning provided us with towels and said we were leaving anyways so there was no point on cleaning the bathroom immediately.  I feel that your staff should be better trained in handling this kind of problems. A weekend that was supposed to be spent enjoying ourselves instead stressed out my whole family.
