Hotel location and facilities are ok. Check-in is slow, you have to stand in a long line. We had a cockroach in the room, and to change rooms I had to wait in the reception line twice. Zero empathy from the reception staff.

The smell of the room is not comfortable, we ordered city view room but only can see 1/5 of the sphere, and no free water, only two free WiFi devices with poor network

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and ******, which I booked via Trip.com. The several issues during the stay caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
Please see the details below:
1. Complicated and confusing parking payment system:
The process of using the parking card was overly complex and led to confusion. The system was not user-friendly, which caused issues every time we entered or exited the parking area.
2. Unfair parking charge due to card malfunction:
The original parking card issued by the hotel did not work. When we requested a replacement, the hotel charged us for a second vehicle, even though it was the same car. This was unfair and misleading.
3. Room upgrade without prior consent:
We were given a room upgrade without being informed in advance. Later, when signing the debit card charge, we realized it included the upgraded room fee — implying our consent. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
4. Unhelpful and unprofessional staff:
When we tried to resolve the issues mentioned above, the hotel staff showed no service mind and simply told us to contact Trip.com, refusing to take responsibility or provide assistance.
5. Insufficient amenities for the number of guests:
The booking was for 4 guests, but we received only 3 towels. After calling the front desk to request one more, we waited over an hour and still received nothing. In the end, we had to use a small towel as a substitute.
Overall, this stay was very disappointing and not at all what we expected when booking through Trip.com. I would appreciate it if Trip.com could investigate this matter and consider providing appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Our room is standard but don’t hav a view; in the rooftop of hotel car park, you can see the sphere and high roller.

Hotel with great locations. Very easy to get McDonald's for night food. And pretty close to Venetian hotel. Its good and convenient for visitirs. And quick check out saves time fir us. The only place to be improved is shower room. Weak water flow and this takes longer for showering.
