The first thing to do is unfortunately to check your bills in this hotel restaurant. I had this problem several times and it was tiring. In the end, as soon as I consumed, I paid by controlling. Another point, the service is not super reliable. Impossible to contact them either by phone or by Messenger. We arrived in the evening, and the next morning we had to change rooms because they made a mistake. There, too, it tired me. Also long waiting times with my children for meals and I assure you that an hour of delays is a long time for my little ogres. The hotel is located quite far from the village, so transport costs must be added if necessary. He provides a van at 500p for 3 hours. It was convenient for us and the driver was very helpful. This adds costs; to take into consideration. The pool is warm, well chlorinated but lacked anti-algae. So, greenish appearance on the walls. A renovation would be welcome. However, it was still nice to use it after the sea with the children. The positive point: opposite, the sea is full of magnificent life. For snorkeling enthusiasts, it’s extraordinary.

I'm a frequent traveler, and this is one of the best budget hotel that I've stayed. The staff are warm and friendly, the food is great, good amenities, and very flexible management. Free WiFi that actually works, just a stone's throw away from convenience store, market, drug store, bakery, restaurant/burger/pizza, etc. I am sure to be back there once more for a truly worry free stay.

I had the best time staying at mad monkey siquijor. Nelson was amazing and took the time to know everyone's name and treated everyone like a true friend. Definitely give this man a raise! He was a whole vibe! The facilities are cleaned daily and all of the staff is helpful making recommendations or helping to arrange transport. Rooms were very spacious with hot water, AC, and privacy curtains. Highly recommend if you're on the island. Shout out to Pablo the accountant too he and all of the staff make this place so special! Thanks again for everything!
