The B&B is close to the North Gate, so it was pretty easy to find. The owner even picked me up from Pingyao Ancient City Station late at night, which I really appreciated – it made my travel experience so much better. They carefully explained the locations of attractions and gave me a map. When I left, they even gave me some vinegar as a gift; they're incredibly warm and welcoming. Seriously, if you're coming to Pingyao, you should definitely stay here, haha! It's safe, clean, and the facilities are all there. For longer stays, they even proactively clean your room. The decor has a local flair too – who wouldn't want to try sleeping on a traditional heated 'kang' bed without any fuss? Thanks for everything, I'll definitely stay here again next time. Loved it, loved it!

This hotel is great in every aspect. The location is very convenient; you can park right outside, and it's right on the edge of the old town, making it both quiet and easy to explore. The hotel's courtyard is beautifully designed, with charming scenes at every turn. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with a high level of smart features. I especially loved the instant hot water kettle – I'm seriously considering getting one for my own home! After exploring the old town, it was so relaxing to come back and enjoy a private soak. It's a fantastic place for a weekend getaway~

Awesome! 👍🏻 We arrived late by high-speed train, and the owner drove directly to the station to pick us up. All the restaurants in the ancient city were closed, so the owner lent us his electric tricycle to go eat outside the city. Riding that little vehicle through the ancient city at night was truly a special experience, haha. As for the room, it had everything we needed, and the underfloor heating kept it very warm. The large kang bed was quite unique, and even the mouthwash cups were disposable. Since it was the off-season, the owner even upgraded our room. Although the wallpaper was a bit peeling, it didn't affect our stay at all. Moreover, right outside the inn is the owner's own travel photography studio. I'm so glad I didn't book one of those trendy shops recommended online in advance. The photo shoot here was absolutely fantastic 💖. The makeup artist was very gentle and recommended suitable hairstyles and makeup based on my face shape. I loved the photos, and there was absolutely no pressure during the selection process – completely voluntary. A perfect ancient city experience, I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

Stepping into the guesthouse, an antique charm immediately enveloped me. The red lanterns hanging high in the courtyard instantly brought forth the unique atmosphere of Pingyao Ancient City. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and complete facilities. The service was excellent. The small courtyard was also lovely, and not far from the main street. I accidentally left my jewelry in the room, and they proactively returned it to me, which I greatly appreciate. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely choose this place again if I have the chance to visit Pingyao.

The hotel's service was exceptional. Our train arrived past 5 AM, and even though check-in was officially at noon, they kindly let us check in early for free. A staff member even came to meet us at the intersection and helped us with our luggage. The room was smart and modern, and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. They provided disposable face towels and bath towels (though regular towels were also available), eye masks, and earplugs – perfect for our needs. Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, offering local specialties like millet cakes, knife-cut noodles, lamb offal soup, and even white sweet potatoes and yellow pumpkins. We took their Land Rover to the train station, and it only took twenty minutes, which was very convenient. There are many attractions nearby, and great local restaurants like Garden Grand Hotel and Longjuxiang are just a 7-8 yuan taxi ride away, or a 300-500 meter walk. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Facilities: The parking lot was full, but the heating worked fine, so it wasn't cold. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: The surroundings are quite convenient with many restaurants and close proximity to the scenic spots. Service: There was only one front desk staff member, so the service was just okay.

Pet-friendly hotel, the room is clean, the environment is very good, don't hesitate to bring hairy children to Changzhi. The front desk lady is very warm, sweet smile, thoughtful, and greatly praised. Breakfast also provides freshly ground coffee, the taste is very good, the pull is also very good, and the beef noodles are delicious, it is recommended to have a bowl.

The view is absolutely 100 points. Facing the Yellow River and nestled against the mountain, at night, spotlights showcase Yuncheng's beautiful scenery! Now, let's have a few complaints. First, the service. They were incredibly accommodating, which is commendable. There was an evening event on the lawn in front of my room, but no one on Ctrip or at the hotel informed us. Since the event wasn't until after 11 PM, I contacted the housekeeper and was eventually offered a room change. Although we had two options—one with a broken bathtub and one with broken glass—we chose the one with the broken glass for quieter rooms. The guy who greeted us was very patient, even though we had already checked into the first room and used the bathtub. He was also very friendly! For the next two days, every staff member was indifferent and stern. While every request was met, the service was truly ”unexpected” for a Ctrip-sponsored resort. Second, the food. On the first day, I ordered Yellow River carp and found a hair. The staff didn't even apologize, but simply refunded it. I ordered other dishes. If I hadn't been embarrassed by the room change, I would have walked out. I think the poor service is still a problem of training. The requirements for waiters are too low, which really damages Ctrip's brand!

This guesthouse is right in the ancient city, easy to find, and super convenient for getting around. The environment is fantastic, and the facilities are top-notch with a great design. It's clean, and the toiletries are all branded and very good quality. The service is excellent; I was really happy with my stay. The owner and staff are all lovely. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend!
