The location is excellent, right next to the MTR station. The front desk staff, a young man, was very helpful and assigned us a great room. The room size was decent, and the bedding felt clean and dry. The shower pressure was incredibly strong (something I haven't experienced in other Hong Kong hotels), like a waterfall, which was fantastic. Overall, it's very good and definitely worth returning to.

Located within MOKO Tsim Sha Tsui, it's super convenient with Hong Kong-style restaurants right outside. The MTR station is just a 5-minute walk away, making getting around a breeze. The hotel is clean and simple overall, and the room size is actually quite good for a Hong Kong hotel. You can store your luggage for free, and both check-in and check-out are incredibly smooth. There are staff members by the elevator entrance every day who note down room numbers, which is a nice touch for security.

Hotels in Hong Kong are always very expensive in October due to the exhibition season, so every year I come to Hong Kong this month, I stay in Tsuen Wan for maximum cost-effectiveness. The Dorsett brand is quite good; I've stayed at two other locations, and they were all clean and tidy, with friendly staff. I'll definitely be back around this time next year.

Here's what I always say: every time I stay at the Royal View, there's always a pleasant surprise! It has become my top choice whenever I visit Hong Kong. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station... the service is frequent and very convenient... and it's not too far from Disneyland either. Service: The front desk staff, shuttle bus drivers, and doormen are all very nice. Facilities: They have small toys that kids love, and the rooms are relatively spacious. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: It's by the sea, with ocean views, very relaxing!

My second stay here, and I'm still very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient, connected to a mall with great subway access. On the first day, I was assigned a room with an interconnecting door. Since it was already past 7 PM when I checked in, I spoke with the front desk, and they proactively helped me switch rooms the following afternoon, which was very considerate. The hotel's breakfast is plentiful, and I especially loved the coffee and the fresh juice made from huge apples – definitely a highlight! It would be even better if there were a discount for returning guests.

The fit out of the hotel is very stylish and the rooftop pool is very chic. The service was very poor overall, with not a single positive encounter with any individual team member. Whilst the bed was comfortable I would not recommend staying here if you plan on getting a good nights sleep. With terrible sound proofing, conversations from the neighbouring rooms were perfectly audible and I was kept up much of the night by non-stop snoring coming from one of the rooms.

Just got back from Korea, and I was so impressed with how spacious the room was. I'd requested a room with a separate shower when I booked, and that's exactly what I got. The overall layout and facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel's location is fantastic, with Victoria Harbour night views and shopping just a stone's throw away. What truly surprised me, though, was the exceptional service. I had pre-booked a bus ticket back to Shenzhen and was rushing back to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage. The duty manager (I didn't catch their name) saw we were in a hurry and immediately arranged for a staff member to help us sprint with our luggage all the way to the bus stop. Otherwise, it would have been quite a struggle for us two women to drag such heavy suitcases for a 5-6 minute walk. The young man who helped us, Kevin, kept looking back to make sure we were keeping up. A huge thank you again to all the hotel staff who helped us today!

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. Pacific Place and Admiralty MTR station are right downstairs, and Hong Kong Park is just across the road from the entrance. Before my trip, I emailed in Chinese to book a spa treatment, but received a response not in Chinese. Upon arrival, as soon as I got out of the taxi, I overheard hotel staff speaking in Cantonese to a colleague, saying it was too busy to help with luggage and guests should carry their own. The lobby was indeed packed during check-in. We checked in around 3 PM, but when we returned to our room at 6 PM, it still wasn't ready. The next morning, there was also a long queue for breakfast. Furthermore, the front desk knew it was our first stay but didn't inform us where breakfast was served, nor did they mention that the room had direct drinking water – we had to find both pieces of information online. In the afternoon, we left the window screen down, but when we returned, we found it open. There was also a note explaining that service couldn't be provided because the 'Do Not Disturb' light was on.

Excellent! Even though it is not the most expensive but still outstanding in terms of its equipment quality and ambience for a Disney’s wonderful stay out of the reality💫 I enjoyed the breakfast but the options seem a bit less attractive and fewer choices. But I definitely loved to see Donald Duck in the morning that his hug really cheer my day up!

This is my second stay at Rosewood, and for 6000 a night, the mini bar prices are outrageously high – 200 for a small juice and 75 for a Coke. That's a real turn-off. The toiletries in the bathroom are also very basic; the shampoo made my scalp itchy, and the entire line, including the soap, has no scent whatsoever. The afternoon tea is only good for photos; honestly, the pastries don't taste good at all. I got tired of them after just a few bites. Rosewood's pastry chef is really mediocre... The Chinese restaurant, however, tastes quite good, but you need to book in advance. The bar closes at midnight from Monday to Friday. Breakfast is quite lavish, and the service is pretty good!

XXingguangyuanThe Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is an absolute gem! The rooms are exceptionally spacious for Hong Kong, with soft and comfortable bedding. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning sea views, and you can even see the Tsing Ma Bridge lit up at night. The staff provides incredibly thoughtful service; they patiently answered all our questions and even proactively upgraded our room, which really enhanced our experience. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a private beach, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The free WiFi signal is also super stable. Although it's a bit far from the city center, there's a shuttle bus directly to Tsuen Wan Station, and it's also very convenient to get to Disneyland. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely a top choice for family trips!

MM361752****Disney's Luxury Hotel Okay, I guess no one really reads reviews anyway... Those who can afford it will book directly, and no matter how good I make it sound, those who can't won't book. My gripe: The walls between rooms are very thin, so the soundproofing is poor. In the morning, the constant buzzing of a phone vibrating against a wooden headboard next door was so annoying! It was that low-frequency hum that just drives you crazy! I called room service, but they were hesitant and didn't dare to intervene, just playing mediator the whole time... Who knows if it was a phone or something else, but it just kept vibrating, damn it! Otherwise, almost everything else was great. Especially after leaving the pool, there's a coastal promenade behind it, and thousands of meters of private coastline, which felt really special. It's suitable for those with energy to go for a run during a few days of vacation. Hong Kong Disneyland generally isn't very crowded, and guests at the three hotels can use hotel pathways. The best way to enjoy it is to enter the park after 11 AM during the off-season (you can ride everything by 6 PM). Wait times for each attraction are 3-10 minutes, and many even start before they're full. It's much faster than even the priority passes during peak season, no crowds at all. Everyone, buy all sorts of accessories and headbands on Taobao beforehand – you can wear anything! They only check for large amounts of food and big bottles of drinks. The accessories are all made in Yiwu, and the quality from mainland China is even better than what's sold in the park. In the park, they cost 169-249 HKD, which is enough to buy a super unappetizing turkey leg (take my advice, you'll regret it) or a similar lunch. They say they check for selfie sticks, but many people have them inside; I suggest not bringing one unless you want your girlfriend to film some **dancing videos that I like. There's a shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland, and you can also take it to store your luggage. I don't recommend leaving Hong Kong Disneyland right after playing; the fireworks show isn't impressive enough for mainlanders... I don't understand girls' obsession with fireworks; it's just crowds, what's there to see? However. If I come again, I definitely won't choose one of the three hotels. A hotel in Tsuen Wan for 1/3 the price is a much better deal, and the travel time is about the same. The money saved could potentially create bigger miracles in Macau 🙊🐶🐶 Service: Top-notch 🔝

MM332575****First off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the Peninsula Hotel, and the subway is just a minute away, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Secondly, the lobby is spacious, and the rooms are very clean and don't look worn down at all. For Hong Kong, the rooms are quite a good size, much better than previous hotels I've stayed at, and the price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Thirdly, the service was great; they even upgraded me to a sea-view room. The only downside is the check-in time being after 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient! 📍Room 503, 5/F, Haiphong Mansion, 53-55 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (Take airport bus A21 to stop 14, Cameron Road, takes about 54 minutes). Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs, and the A21 airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I chose this hotel specifically to attend a concert at Kai Tak! It's about a 10-minute walk to Tsim East MTR station (from Tsim East, you can take the Tuen Ma Line directly to Kai Tak Sports Park, which is only 6 stops and very convenient, costing 6.8 HKD one way). However, the room is indeed very small. It's perfectly fine for one person, but for two adults, it might be a bit cramped, especially with luggage! So, I highly recommend it for solo travelers! Within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach New Harbour City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and China Ferry Terminal (where you can pick up City Line tickets). For food, I recommend: 1. Genki Sushi on the 2nd floor of Silvercord, a 5-minute walk away (great value for money, the sashimi is really fresh, and the tuna trio is a must-try – the melt-in-your-mouth tuna is absolutely divine). 2. For dim sum breakfast, Kowloon Cafe is just a 3-minute walk downstairs. Their breakfast set includes a Hong Kong-style milk tea for just 3 HKD, and it tastes very authentic.

Environment: Both inside and outside the hotel, the environment is quite comfortable. It's really suitable for families with children, very close to the subway station, and exploring the surrounding area is very convenient. Service: Very friendly and accommodating towards our family with children; they were very thoughtful. I'll be booking another two-day stay from November 8th to 9th. Hoping for an even better value next time!

AAnonymous UserI booked the dinosaur themed room and the reaction of my daughters was fantastic when I asked them to go into the room first. Their screams of delight and surprise were priceless. The hotel is on the the top floor of an ark shaped building and in an interesting and scenic location on Ma Wan island - it makes a good picture from the outside. I read somewhere that this Ark was built to the dimensions of Noah’s Ark described in the Bible, which is pretty fascinating. I like the ethos of the hotel which emphasises looking after our environment (we only have one Earth) and respecting nature and one another. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. It has two showers and two toilets which is very unusual for any hotel room, but very convenient when all trying to get ready at the same time. I recommend this for a family stay.
