Pet-friendly Hotels in Shanghai, China

Second review I am writing not to get extra bonus at the hotel just to get travelers arriving or going abroad can benefit from it. Flying from Pudong this is the place to stay for an affordable price getting a nice clean room with a good breakfast. Bus shuttle service picks you up or brings you to the airport. Lots of local restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. It’s clean, nicely arranged and really affordable.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi in May. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and up to the high standards you’d expect from a Langham property. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Xintiandi district, with great access to shopping, dining, and cultural spots. A special highlight of my stay was the complimentary birthday arrangement thoughtfully prepared by the Guest Relations team for my twin daughters. It was a lovely surprise and truly added a personal touch to the experience. Their attention to detail and warm service made the celebration extra memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers looking for luxury, comfort, and attentive service in Shanghai

Great Hotel, close to where the action is. Metro lines are nearby. People's square, Nanjing road, the Bund, Bars, Restaurants - everything is in relatively close proximity. The (room-) service was great and the hotel was super flexible especially with regards to my earlier than originally planned departure. Thank you very much.

Lovely and very helpful staffs .Housekeeping staffs are friendly and ensuring we have clean rooms n waters for us to come to. Heartfelt thanks to Zhi Kwang for bringing Mr Kwa to A&E when he was unwell and also prepared his meal too.Mr Kaw was very touch and grateful for that. Great work !keep it up ! See you all again!

Great place. The lobby is slightly run down which makes me worried about the room, but the actual room is great. We were given the high floor room and it had a great view of the city. Clean room, washing machine, hanging rack and projector for large screen viewing. Metro entrance just beside. A mall below and a food street just beside it. Lots of varieties food choice. Great for getting supper and bringing it up to the room. Will book again in my next trip to Shanghai.

Great stay. Hotel was very comfortable and good base for business meetings in Shanghai. Good facilities in room Excellent meeting rooms and workspaces on ground floor. Staff helpful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel during our trip back to the US. Vicky saved the day again, as I had left my charger behind during my last stay. The hotel staff worked together to retrieve it, which I really appreciated. 🙏🏼 I also loved the breakfast and amenities. The shuttle service was incredibly fast and convenient, making it easy to travel between terminals and the hotel.

Great new hotel. Not in the typical tourist centre of Shanghai, but I enjoyed being away from the craziness of Nanjing Rd/Bund. Plenty of amenities around hotel including coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket. Multiple metro lines a short walk. Recommended!

Above average breakfast buffet. In-house dining menu a bit pricey, unfortunately. I would recommend walking around the area for alternative dining options. Room was excessively hot even with the thermostat off. Was necessary to open a window to cool off the room to be able to sit comfortably without sweating.

Excellent location, close to airport and they have a airport shuttle which is really cheap. In an industrial area but for the price it's definitely worth it 👌🏻.
